Iceland Supermarket Staines

Well stocked with freezers constantly being topped up by staff and some very scummy food. The TGI Friday's stuff they have is awesome ! Fast checkouts as well (December 22 2023)

Don't usually shop at Iceland, left an important envelope by mistake, Manager was so helpful, friendly staff too, got it back, great. I want to go back and fill my freezer!!

Me mate Dave once hid on of their fridges overnight, should have seen the face of the manager, he was proper fuming, this where I get me Turkey dinosaurs for me boy which shuts him up for a bit so can't complain really

Great range of products. Fully stocked, which makes a huge difference. Had the option of having it delivered but chose to take it with me. Staff were friendly and polite. Had some great offers in store which I wouldn't have known about otherwise so always worth the visit.

I am new to the Iceland experience! Its great! Fantastic looking (& tasting) food, pricing is brilliant and spend over 25 quid they will deliver it same day. Shop is clean and tidy, well stocked and helpful staff. The other bigger supermarkets really do need to wake up, not that I will be going back to them anytime soon.

I called into this store to get some flavoured water and was very pleased to find it on offer £1:50 for 4 x 500ml plastic bottles, I ended up with 8 bottles for £3:00 and came away very contented!

Was pretty quiet on a Monday early afternoon. You need to wear a mask if you can. Most people in store were wearing one & it was quiet enough to socially distance. Didn't have to wait at till, two tills were open

Iceland shopping is always good for a bargain.
We use this outlet in Staines high street on a weekly basis and we always find various offers which are good on the pocket regarding cost.
It is always good to just pop in and find out the latest offers and walk out with a bargain

HAVE broken arm and the manager walked my shopping to my car for my wife (too heavy for her) as no delivery slots left. Went above and beyond his duty. Excellent staff.

Lovely fresh looking store, parking can be a bit of a walk to use this store, but they do offer home delivery when you spend a set amount in store

I like Iceland as the staff are very plight friendly and helpful and i can get most of my shopping there this store is In staines and that all wished me a happy new year and eased to see me ..they also were wish ing all customer's a merry Xmas it was love of them

As expected from Iceland good quality and selection of foods and good value . Staff very helpful and friendly.

Love Iceland. Go here for the mild cheese and flora as don't like it anywhere else.
