After being let down by other companies regards delivery dates, (Very & Hughes) which gave a delivery date and then changed this once they had taken our payment, Tooby’s was a breath of fresh air! We could see what we were buying, the information given by sales staff was drawn from a great depth of knowledge, and very honest. Price of our fridge/freezer including quick delivery was very competitive. Will not hesitate to use again, excellent service from start to finish. Thanks Toobys.

Fantastic Service !! I cannot recommend Toobys too highly ! ..We visited this morning as we had just moved into our new home in Ingleton , and Andrew arranged to have our washing machine and fridge freezer appliances that were in stock delivered and installed the same day we went into store and bought them !! The delivery and installation guys were very polite and helpful too !
Will happily buy from Toobys again !!

What fantastic service! Andrew in the shop was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the delivery was speedy and the washing machine and dryer swiftly set up. When we asked about a few other electronic devices the guys helped us out immediately and went away to order a few additional parts we needed. So far, so brilliant!

Andrew and Irene always provide a super service. They are extremely knowledgeable, which is worth every penny. A real local gem.

We had to delay the installation of a dishwasher by some weeks, and they stored it without complaint. Rachel was lovely throughout, and Paul installed it perfectly once we were ready. That was the 3rd item we bought from them and now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Following tv reception problems we rang Philip at Tooby's to enquire whether there were similar difficulties in the surrounding area, and we were very impressed with his helpful attitude -he is friendly and very knowledgable and spent time giving us good advice, which was much-appreciated. How nice to have a local electrical service like this!

Just been to Toobys in Ingleton for a new TV. It's the only place locally where the sets are on display and enable you to view an off air picture, not just a 4K file from a computer! Andrew was very knowledgable and explained the features without any sales pressure. Nothing was too much trouble for him! Give them a try if you need anything electrical.

Our washing machine broke down recently and Paul from Tooby's came out to repair it for a second time (the first time was several years ago). It is great to have a local shop that we are able to call for repairs. Definitely worth buying your electrical goods there.

Excellent service when my washing machine broke down (I run a holiday letting business so my washing machine is an essential piece of equipment). Paul came out to assess my old machine on the Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, the verdict was a new machine was needed, which Paul arrived with and fitted the following morning. Couldn't ask for more.

I phoned Toobys, not expecting them to be open. Even during lockdown got great advice about WiFi extension. Order over the phone, then collect and pay in store. Phone and broadband extension set up at home within 1 hour of placing the phonecall. Amazing service from a local business.

The shop is very well stocked with plenty of choice on offer. It is also very clean and tidy. The shop staff are very friendly, welcoming and very professional. It is certainly well worth the visit.
