Ireby Green Farm Cafe & Farm Shop

I visited this restaurant recently and would like to leave my feedback. The restaurant is in a great location - it has a beautiful interior space that creates an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. The cleaning was perfect - everything was clean and decent. In addition, the menu was quite wide and offered many dishes of various cuisines. I chose beef pasta and it was a real masterpiece! It still remains a memorable impression. If you need to spend time in a quiet and pleasant environment, then I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

A good location for lunch when passing. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Had an open Brie sandwich which was excellent.

Great stop off place on route to the lakes. We enjoyed two open top sandwiches and purchased some home made steak pies from the farm shop. Everything was fresh and tasted great.

Fabulous cafe, which has now reopened following closure last year. New opening winter hours 9.30 - 14.30 Saturday and Sunday. There is also a short farm walk approximately 20 minutes long covering 1.5km. As yet the Farm Shop has not reopened.

Use on regular basis, its fab , staff are amazing, friendly and polite. Breakfast is just the best.

Amazing place. Passed it several times never been in. Their chocolate mousse cake is delicious and to die for. My friend had the gluten free almond and orange cake, slightly warmed, which was lovely. All home made stuff. Lovely staff. Very clean. Good decaf coffee too, and a plum and quince tea. Also a farm shop on site and plenty of parking. Fine for a wheelchair. Did I say the chocolate mousse cake was good???

Found this place purely just passing, but what a great find. Just a fantastic little farm shop with a gift shop upstairs selling lovely items, different from the usual and great prices. Then we spotted their cafe, what a surprise that was... wonderful home cooked food and a really good menu with such a choice it was hard to know what to choose, plus a specials board with a good variety on there too. Just fabulous food,fabulous prices and lovely staff....we've bookmarked it as a favourite.

Called in for a drink and cake, from the moment we walked in the staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing selection of homemade gluten free cakes and other cakes. Certainly one of the best cafes we have visited and will be returning again. 😀

Cycled past the entrance road many times but never called in.

Have now been twice and it's such a nice quiet spot. Plenty of room inside or out.

Have only had coffee & cake but excellent both times. Obviously can't comment on the other meals they offer.

Went on a Sunday for lunch. They have a great Sunday menu as well as still serving the normal range.

My wife had a roast dinner and I have a homemade burger. All lovely but this place shines when it comes to desserts. They look and taste amazing!

Would recommend for food but just coffee and cake would be amazing!

Lovely cafè, great food in spectacular surroundings

On a horrible wet Saturday we luckily found your place.
Every table was full, and we thought, this could be quite a wait.
We need not have worried. Order taken, drinks and food arrived very efficiently , by the friendliest of staff.
Other businesses could learn a lot from your well run spot.
We will return. Thanks Mary

Saw the sign at the side of the road and stopped for some breakfast. Recommend the full Ireby, crispy hash browns, beautiful fried egg, fresh mushrooms a slice of Black pudding, bacon, beans, tomatoes and tasty pork sausages. Good coffee, fresh toast with real butter. Great way to start the day. 10/10

Beautiful environment and excellent food/service!

Fresh and tasty homemade food, served quickly by friendly staff. Can't ask for any more really. The scones are fab. The shop's got some lovely gifts too. Great place to stop off on the way to or from the Lakes.
