I am so happy with this shop, the staff are very friendly and very helpful and after looking for some time for a new sofa online and around my local area I found the one in this showroom. Delivey could of been the very next day but I was able to arrange a time and day that suited me. Great deals and prices and a budget to suit everyone. The showroom itself is very clean and there's a lot of furniture to choose from. I would recommend this furniture shop to family and friend's.

This was a five star shopping experience, the shop had plenty of stock to browse and we were able to choose our perfect suite without being pressured. The prices are very good too. The staff are extremely helpful. The delivery of the furniture was much quicker than we expected and we were kept up to date during the morning as to what time it would be delivered. The delivery guys were very polite and professional. We strongly recommend this company, and it’s good to shop local! We would shop here again.

We moved house 8 years ago & bought 2 sofas, bed & dinning furniture from Oaklands. We were so pleased with the quality & service it was an easy decision to return today to replace our mattress. Once again thanks for all your advice & excellent customer service.

Very impressed with everything at Oaklands furniture, but especially with the staff who were helpful but not intrusive, enabling me to feel relaxed while browsing. The delivery men were lovely and were on time and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Service and help were excellent, but not pushy. Thanks to Sue's advice I bought a chair that was perfect for the job. The big man then weighed in with a great deal on a settee. Delivery was next day when the two lads were very friendly and careful. Top class!

Behind the shop is a warehouse open to the public which is like an Aladdins cave containing new furniture that is excess stock etc. Many are current models that are drastically reduced in price and available for quick delivery. Service is second to none and delivery team, polite and careful. Couldn’t ask for better!

My new sofa and chairs arrived today after visiting the shop on New Years Eve. I am so happy with them. The entire service from start to finish was brilliant the guy in the shop was extremely helpful and the delivery guys that came today were really good and careful getting the sofa (which is quite big) in and very friendly. We were so happy with the value for money when we went to the shop, we recommended them to our son and his partner. They went and also bought living room and dining room furniture. Will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend. Thanks guys

Service at Oaklands is second to none. Wayne is very helpful & knowledgeable and is always open to a deal. We bought our sofas on the Monday and they were delivered as promised on Wednesday. The guys who delivered them were brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Oaklands to anyone looking for beds or sofas..

I can’t praise everyone at Oaklands Furniture enough for their help. I needed 4 dining chairs urgently. I called in, explained what I needed, Wayne understood exactly what I wanted and found me the perfect chairs! Great family business. Lots of choice. Good quality. Reasonable prices. Oaklands always have a great deal on furniture and a wonderful selection of items. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Purchased many lovely items from this store always get the greatest service from purchase to delivery. The staff Wayne and Sue who work in the store are amazing, friendly, and very helpful people. We popped into Oaklands furniture and was gobsmacked, their range of sofas, chairs, beds and bedroom furniture is outstanding. Sue showed us round then left us to wonder around by ourselves, she was extremely helpful if we needed help, they weren't pushy in the least. The owner Wayne was there and gave us unbiased information. We came away with loads of photos and measurements of different sofas so that we can see which one is best for us. Again we weren't pushed into making any rash decisions which nowadays is heartwarming. I know for sure that once we gave made up our mind then Oaklands is the place for us.
