Really great service, would highly recommend. Took my car in for the free wheel alignment check and they carried out the work there and then. The staff took the time to explain what needed doing and when I asked about whether the back tyres needed replacing due to feathering they gave their honest opinion. Other garages might have seen that as an opportunity to make more money from a customer. They were super quick too, about 40mins for the check and alignment to be completed. Will definitely come back and would recommend.

Amazing service from these guys. We turned up without an appointment on our way on holiday with a very badly damaged tyre and they had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Really friendly guys, great price and just excellent all round service. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Andy from the Bromsgrove branch. We pulled in with a truck to get our tyre pressure checked and adjusted ( it was quite low). I have asked if they could check them and adjust according to the required pressure. Andy assured us he could do it in a few minutes time. As soon as he could do it without any problems in a few minutes it was done professionally. Thank you very much for the good customer service provided. It is good to know that there are some reliable places where "there is nothing too much trouble". Thank you very much!

Went to Tyre Pros with a puncture in one of my wheels, I didn't know which one though! Dealt with a young man called Charlie, and what a pleasure it was. He took the time to find out which wheel had the puncture, and then fixed it for me within 20 mins! Such a lovely young lad, props to his parents and the company.

I arrived on Thursday morning with a knocking noise on my car. I was greeted by Andy. Who was very helpful. He found the problem straight away. Booked my car in for Saturday morning.
Andy also checked my tyre pressures for me too.
