Came across Matt and Incentive Cars by chance online, while searching for our next family car. We have been looking for a while and have been totally put off by the hard sale tactics from nearly all the dealers in London and outside! However Matt was totally the opposite, was very helpful and informative about the car and helped us through whole process. We live in London and made a decision to do a round trip approx 300 miles to his showroom, on because of Matt and his genuine helpful approach. We were picked up at the station and driven to their dealership. We eventually bought the car and left feeling both happy and relieved. Thank you Matt and Incentive Cars for your 5 star service. From initial contact to the final purchase Matthew was very helpful and obliging. There was no sales pressure and he left us to look round the car at our leisure.He arranged the Road Tax on the car so everything was ready when we picked the car up. Car buying is a major expense and can be stressful as a result. Matthew made the whole process as easy as possible and we are grateful for his help. The car itself was in immaculate condition and we are extremely pleased with it

Brilliant service from Matt at Incentive Cars. On initial arrival was pleasant and welcoming. Then introduced the car to us, told us a few things about the various spec and then left us to get a feel for the car ourselves not pushy in the slightest like some car dealerships and was happy to answer any questions we had about the vehicle.

When it came to the actual financial side Matt was brilliant here too. He gave me a fair price for my trade in and was very patient with me as I was waiting on some money to come in, while also keeping the car reserved for myself.

Overall service was 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for a new car!

I found Matt and Dave most helpful regarding the purchase of my car. Matt who I mainly dealt with wasn’t pushy allowed me time to browse vehicles unhindered. Matt was most helpful in his explanation of the vehicles, appeared to be honest and genuine. Dave sorted out my insurance for my new vehicle due to high quotes and a few technical difficulties. I was looking for a specific car. Having found a vehicle that would meet my needs online at Incentive Cars, I made contact with Matt.
Having travelled down from Lancashire, I was greeted by Matt and made welcome, in a relaxed atmosphere. I was shown the vehicle and had some of the features explained and the left to explore for myself. Nothing was to much trouble.
All aspects of the sale and trade in were dealt with and explained before leaving.
I found my experience with Incentive Cars and Matt on a different level to other/franchised dealers.

Our family wanted to consolidate our 2 cars to one.

Incentive Cars from the very start were aminable and assisted us through this process. We picked our new car up and they kept the admin to the minimum which was a great help.

We did hit an issue shortly after purchasing, as is the way of cars, especially secondhand. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue which was very much appreciated.

I've brought many cars in my time, private sale and traders. As soon as I got there I got the impression they were very honest.

The hole experience of buying a car was amazing. They made sure I got the best finance deal using blue motor finance, lowest Apr I have ever had on on finance.
Compared to most dealerships they don't push the car onto you. Gave me plenty of time to make sure I was happy before buying.
They gave me what I wanted for my part ex to help me get into the car I wanted.
All there cars seem very reasonable priced, the one I brought was one of the cheapest around.
You may think this means a bad car right? Wrong they definitely live to there free 3 months warranty. Unlike most dealerships who charge and avoid it at all cost.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that I loath and detest car buying and have historically entered into it with trepidation. I was searching for a car a good 5 months before finding the once I bought advertised on Auto trader website and during that time came into contact with a lot of dealers.
My experience with Mathew of Incentive Cars was a revelation.
From the first phone call with him to driving my car away his communication with me, level of efficiency, clarity and customer service have been excellent. Due to logistical reasons, I wasn't physically able view the vehicle prior to collection and as a consequence all negotiations took place by telephone and (at my request) WhatsApp.
I'm a female health professional and admit to knowing nothing about cars. Matthew is knowledgable & straight forward, never once did I feel pressured or stressed. Importantly I found him to be a man of integrity, a professional who takes pride in providing his customer with an excellent service and quality product. The car was very well priced and in great condition. A very fair part exchange price was offered for our old car too.

When we arrived, Dave was really friendly and helpful, telling us everything we needed to know about the car, offering a rough price for our part exchange and then leaving us to have a good look around it and test drive it without any pressure.

Dave was really helpful and accommodating when it came to the transaction too and even helped us to remove our roof bars from the old car so we could drive our new car away on the day in time for a holiday.

I would highly recommend this business. Matthew reserved a car for viewing for us. He kept his word, even though there were others interested. We bought a Mazda CX5, immaculate condition which had all the checks to give us peace of mind. Lovely garage, clean and tidy. Matthew is a lovely person and completely made the whole experience enjoyable. He is very relatable, friendly, up front and honest about the nooks and crannies of purchasing an older vehicle without the fear of nasty surprises down the line. I know we'll be back in the future.

A small business with a professional approach, dealing in quality used cars. The initial welcome was very personable, a good cup of tea and no pushy attendance, (the car was selling itself anyway). I got a reasonable and fair part exchange on my old car, and an immediate service (oil and filter) once it was found to be needed on the new one. The location was clean, neat and tidy with interesting neighbours. I hope to enjoy the car for some time, but I would recommend their service to everyone. Wow, what a dealership! The experience from start to finish has been fantastic. We popped in for a browse round and found the perfect car, the attention to detail with the valeting was second to none. No hard sell at all and all the paperwork was done for us, they couldn't have done more to make the experience as enjoyable and pain free as possible.
