Service was spot on when I went to get brake pads and discs for my fiesta this morning, the girl behind the counter advised me to sit in my car and order online so I could get a 45% discount! Very honest of her I thought!

I called the Bromsgrove branch on Saturday and was dealt with by a well mannered young man called Chad, he also helped me when I came in store with other advice about my car.

I ordered online and done the click and collect. The process was simple and straightforward.

They didn’t have my part but I got upgraded to twice the price to what mine was very happy haha
