Very well organised, appeared clean and looked after. So much choice of 2nd hand games and dvd/blu-ray you could lose time looking, lucky for us they have put everything in alphabet order so you can head straight to the section you want. Staff were friendly enough, obviously very busy at the time but they were polite at all times.
Overall very happy to go here again and recommend to friends and family.

When it comes to this store, it's probably one of the best I've ever been to, smiling, happy team.Always ready to advise, and some of the employees will advise from their own experience and not from what can be read on the Internet. Which I really appreciate.

Went here earlier today (27/12/2023) to sell some things (video games console, games, DVD's ect) and the shop was really well kept and the staff were really talkative and helpful and sorted us out with everything that we needed.

Nice store to get pre-owned games, however I'm still waiting for any copy of Madden 08 to be in the store, but I can't blame people for not selling it because it's so good. π/π, recommend to people not looking for Madden 08

After my last trip to cex I was dubious about going but lived in hope their service might have improved and it has nearly a year later was upgrading as a result of o2 switch so took a tablet and watch for cash trade in the value received was extremely competitive. The service was very good no hassle on anything baca transfer as well for next day delivery which is better to be honest.

Worthing store Dire firstly I was trying to sell a smart watch was told needed ID my fault total didn't bring it. Come back with ID then I'm told I need the straps even though they sell online without. Little bit irritated drive back come back this weekend with the straps only to be told I don't need them!! What the actual hell. Total incompetent three trips to make a simple sale. On top of that was told 20 minutes okay needs to be checked totally agee come back after 20minutes nope still not done. I have to say totally abysmal service in fact not even service really. Three absolutely waisted trips in petrol and car parking chargers for a pathetic £60.

Great store to get pre-owned technology with a 24 month warranty. You can also trade in your old tech for money or store credit. However you’re more likely to get a better price for your product by selling it on a platform like eBay.

Most helpful member of staff I've come across in a long time. My son was selling a whole pile of Skylanders and portals and other stuff. This chap spent about 40 minutes cataloguing everything and getting the fairest prices for my son. Epic service.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, shop is clean. Some stuff is reasonably priced, but I noticed that some of the second hand dvds are about the same price as new ones online, I found a 2nd hand childrens dvd for £12, it was the same price as a new online. Another was only a few pence cheaper, but that's only a small complaint . Still plenty of good bargains though. I'd definitely recommend this shop. 5 stars from me 😊

Well stocked branch. Found what I was looking for and took the opportunity to purchase a couple of blu ray disks that I found by browsing there.

Love this place, the team are always really friendly and chatty, whilst also providing more information than I thought I needed as a bonus. Last went on Halloween and they were very creative with their fancy dress! It was brilliant to see.

I visited here to replace a PS3 controller.
It took 3 attempts to have one that actually worked right, but each time, the staff there were really helpful and friendly about the situation.

Such a thing is to be expected with finding an official PS3 controller. The shop also sells almost anything else tech related, from consoles to DVDs

This store exchanges DVDs and Blu Ray discs plus games so you can have a new film each week for a few pounds. I found some films I had previously missed and got them.

I absolutely love my local Worthing store. I have spent many hours buying and selling with them. A massive shout out to all the extremely helpful staff who deal with all kinds of issues from buying to selling on games dvds and Tec.. Keep up the fantastic work guys!!!

Visited the store today. I was quickly approached by a staff member who asked whether we needed anything as my son had taken an interest in something in the glass cabinet. Whether or not the staff was aware of what my son’s sunflower lanyard meant, or even if he noticed it, I was really impressed with how he interacted with him and me, getting more games he might be interested in and even an attempt to try to keep the game a surprise for my son. Either way, this young man was A++ and really made a difference to our shopping experience today. (Sadly, I can’t name him as it is not his name on the receipt. Yes, I am in the store a lot.) 🙂

Good prices nice staff

Always had prompt and courteous service from knowledgeable staff. Sold quite a few second hand phones with absolutely no problems at all. In and out the store within 10 minutes, cash in hand. Fantastic idea, would recommend without reservation.

I've used this store for some years and I've always had a positive experience. The manager Mike and deputy Chris are brilliant. Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Well recommended.
