Pets at Home Worthing

Bought a couple of coconut caves plus other bits for my tropical fish, Very friendly service and good value for money. I visit this store regularly and it's always clean and tidy. Well done 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have a cat (Lucky) & somehow he managed to get a tick, nasty little thing on his face. Not a good idea to just pull it off (bad things can easily be left behind), Pets at Home Worthing have a 'Vets 4 Pets' on the first floor. The vet that saw our Lucky was really good & managed to remove the tick in one piece & still alive using some sort of tool. No fuss no trouble & thankfully no dramas from Lucky either. I left with a dose of anti-tick & flea gel & a de-worming tablet that should last three months. Can't say the visit was cheap but it was considerably less than I thought it would be & it will definitely be my first choice if I need anything for our cat again.

We visited pets at home close to closing time. We've recently rehomed a nervous dog and unfortunately yesterday her harness slipped off and she ran away. Luckily we managed to find her and headed straight to pets at home for a harness fitting and new dog tags. We arrived around 20 minutes before closing and the two ladies working were amazing! We had her fitted for a harness which was the correct size, they also gave us a lot of time and advice around diet and general care including brushing. Although the store closed at 20;00 as we had bought the dog tags they kindly let us wait until 20:10 until the engraving had finished. Both the staff were very knowledgeable and obviously take alot of pride in their work and care for their customers animals. I will be frequenting pets at home Worthing moving forward!

Took our pooly cat to the vets, they were very good with her and spent time with us explaining everything in detail.

Very helpful staff even though it was busy, they still made time to assist on and off the till.

This is a big store that has everything you need and always has a lot of stock (especially big bags of cat litter) so never a wasted journey as you can collect what you need and more!

Out of the 4 across the south east worthing is the best. lovely staff that are always willing to help out and pretty much always have the correct stock in.

Only negative is the app but that's more company thing, logged me out one day and never let's me sign in or re-set password, useless.

Great store! The newhaven one is useless and deserves to be shut down as they are rubbish.

Went with my cat furgus yesterday as he has not been himself he is 16 i dont normally do reviews but just to say the vet was brilliant and nurse very caring and helpful so just to say thank you and the young girl at reception was very good

Having been to a number of other Pets at Home stores in the area, we had a lovely experience at the store in Worthing, Staff went above and beyond to help us save some money and help us sign up to the app to allow us to make further savings and gain rewards. Highly recommended, store nicely stocked and organised and very friendly staff that take the time to make sure you have what you need.

Great place for all your pet requirements in one place,be sure to download the app for maximum benefits. I’ve not used the vets in there but know people who do and are happy. Very convenient opening hours. I don’t buy everything here as a few things I find a little bit more expensive than supermarket/pet shop but some things are surprisingly cheap like dog biscuits. Good range of items.

Lovely staff always so nice when me and my labrador Pablo visit. And always knowledgeable about whats in store 👌

Very accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Friendly staff. I brought a water sample and they tested it and instead of just selling me fish they made recommendations regarding water changing and asked me to bring back a new sample as well as one from my tap. They provided the bags for free for me to do this. TBC!

Dropped off cat food at the front of the store for collection for Blue Cross Animal Charity.

Had a very positive experience here, the staff are lovely - professional, thorough, conscientious and very kind. They helped me with two unruly bunnies who don't like being handled. Very happy - I signed up for the care plan as it represents good value for money.

Great shop they have a very thing you need for your pets, food toys accessories the lot. Very friendly service.

The people who work here are so nice! They're always really willing to help you and always take an interest in your pet which is nice. They always show me how to use my vouchers and always make it seem like no effort is too much. The ladies up at Vets4Pets are always super nice too. Just a really lovely atmosphere!

The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was our first time as we were getting our pet the next day and they offered advice and guidance without trying to sell us stuff we didn't need. They also freely gave us instructions on how to download the app to receive a 10% discount on our purchase. Great experience overall.
