Marks and Spencer

This is my go-to store for clothing for myself or Mrs Jack. The café opens at 8am, when the store is also open, so is a good place for a light snack. Has good sea view too.

Various mix and match at food section. Staff were friendly too.

Staff are always welcoming, very friendly and helpful, I would love to work in the worthing store, but wouldn't be able to cope with unfriendly customers, which they must have not been brought up right to be horrible to the staff

Great little foodhall with its own bakery for fresh bread and pastries. Well located. Plenty of automated checkouts, with someone to help if you get stuck.

I absolutely love M&S produce! It's always good quality and tastes amazing. It's pricey, compared to other shops but well worth it. The only shop where precooked meals doesn't give me an indigestion. Love it!!!

On my recent visit to Worthing, the staff in the food hall are amazing and very helpful especially the older ladies. Thank you so much. It would be nice to see a larger range of sandwiches/wraps/salads but nevertheless a good helpful food hall. Would definitely visit again and great that the food hall has exit and entrance doors right out onto the seafront saves walking round to the main entrance. Will definitely visit again. Well done to the older staff for the fantastic service.

Super wonderful service from the poor lady who had to clear up the full bottle of coke that I managed to.spill all over the seat as i put my tray down. And to the awesome Emily who sorted my replacement drink. First class service. Thank you

Worthing M&S is pretty good. Food hall has a great range of products and the cafe is lovely with great views of the beach

Staff usually nice. Had to exchange and return something and the lady was so helpful and nice. Pointed out I had picked up 3 for 2 items and I could get another free. Good range of goods for a smaller Marks. Cafe OK if not too busy and a view over the seafront.

I love my local m&s it sells a bit of everything, women's and men's wear, shoes, kids clothes and school uniform, food, beauty, lingerie etc and yet is not too big a store either. The staff are always helpful too. Lovely cafe upstairs with fab views across the sea.

Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. Food Hall an absolute must for the elderly especially those living alone. Some of these people rely on the meals for one. This way they get good nutritious food without the bother of preparation. And, more importantly, keep them independent in their own homes.

Excellent, high quality food. Some of the staff members in the Worthing branch are absolutely fantastic. If you are in town, just grab a meal deal from M&S, cross the traffic lights and you are on the beach, enjoying a high quality lunch with fantastic views.

The food hall is superb. Has bailed me out plenty of times for items I'm allergic to elsewhere. Staff are lovely and clothes are good too. The M&S store is so important to Worthing.

Always good. They have the best self service tills. Although still don't know why we all use them. M&S save money on having to have less check out staff, yet you get no discount benefit.

Still better than Tesco any day.

My wife and I had jacket potatoes and tea in the restaurant. After our order the potatoes still had not arrived after 20 minutes. I went up to remind them and they came shortly after that with an offer of a free refill for the tea. The potatoes were very tasty!

I went to this M&S store whilst I was visiting Worthing from Brighton and it was ok and I like it how it’s right next to the seafront area which is only a short walk from there including in the town centre.

Love Mark's food hall always lots of different things to buy that I haven't seen in other shops for instance the Wasabi peas in the snack section can't get enough of these. Go down lovely with their bottle of port and lemonade. Gorgeous lemon shortbread dipped in white chocolate.

They have a solid select of men's clothing. The staff are friendly and professional. I shop here as they have such wide variety of sizes and cuts to jeans and trousers. I've never not managed to find what I'm looking for which is rare nowadays.
