Marine Gardens

Visited here a number of times when I am in the area visiting my parents. Always great food and service, a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Beautiful gardens, great seating area right near the pond and fountain. Loved the gorgeous dragonfly.

What a great place.
There's so much to do to keep the kids amused.
There's a pitch and putt very reasonably priced.
A very nice tea room with everything you need for a summer's day we had coffee and hot chocolate and the kids had soft drinks and ice cream.
We sat watching the people playing bowls which was nice and relaxing.
Just beyond the bowls green there is a little water feature and fountain which you can relax by and watch the kids play.

Very good putting course with very friendly attendant and good prices.

Amazing little cafe. Huge menu from snacks to a full meal. Really great prices and lovely staff. My elderly parents love a visit here!

Well maintained garden with putting in the summer and a flat green bowls club. Also has a very nice cafe, open all year round, even Xmas day (booking only). No booking required on a normal day but is very popular at coffee, lunch and tea times.

Lovely gardens, really mindful and enjoyed watching the bowls match.

It's some public garden/park space by the sea. There's a cafe and a putting green. Plus a few bowling greens. Nice, small out of the way spot. Food is pretty decent, even some nice vegan options.

Such pretty gardens, a little gem just off the beach.

Nice, well maintained gardens including pond with fish, putting green and bowls lawn. Benches to sit on and public loos. Restaurant with large menu for food.

Love Marine Gardens, walk the dogs there just about everyday. Fun putting green, open in Easter, Summer and some nice weather weekends. Very nice bowls green. Very good reasonably priced cafe. Beautiful gardens and fish pond. A big shout out for the Friends of Marine Gardens, volunteers who help with the Gardens, have restored the fountain and built a lovely bird feeding station. They also put up treasure hunts/trails for children at Easter etc.

Lovely setting both in the garden and restaurant although the soup of the day lacked any flavour and body bit insipid .

Fab place been here plenty of times and never had a bad meal, the staff are lovely always a smile and really helpful. Chai latte us the best I've had in a long time.
