Exquisite, I love my ring. The customer service is second to none. Spoke with the most lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble. My pets names were engraved on the inside band and done beautifully. The secret chamber containing their fur and a little teddy fibre from their toy is what swung it for me. A cute little paw print 🐾 marks the spot. I contacted ashes with art shortly after my mum passed away, my mum died very suddenly and unexpectedly, she did always say that if something happened she wanted to be cremated, so early on I knew I was going to have something made with her ashes that I could keep with me forever, looking into doing this was a great distraction and kept me busy doing something that I knew would bring some kind of comfort to me.

I wanted the piece to be totally bespoke, something only I had, and something very particular. My mum always wore a mum necklace herself, when her mum died my brother brought it for her and I can’t remember a day my mum didn’t wear this particular necklace, it meant the world to her so I asked Siobhan if she could make me a replica but in solid gold and with real diamonds like my mums.. The whole team were amazing from start to finish, they called when my mums ashes were received and when my necklace was ready, the communication was 5* as well as the service and finished product.

I can’t thank the whole team enough for creating my beautiful necklace, I can now have a part of mum with me always and it brings me real comfort in the saddest of times.

I’ve just received my custom necklace and I am absolutely over the moon with it. I had worried about going for a custom made necklace and whether the image I had in my head would be how it would turn out…

But it is 100% perfect!!

The experience and service you provide is second to none, you kept in touch and updated me at every step along the way. Even sending pictures of the necklace in progress so that I could make any tweaks I wanted so that you knew you were getting it right!

I miss my grandparents every single day and just being able to have them both within this necklace and close to me is a little bit of comfort and a beautiful reminder of the wonderful people they both were!

Absolutely incredible, I was looking for a company to use for my precious grandmas ashes and I was drawn to this one. Such an easy and friendly process and they even phoned to let me know when they had received the ashes. I was rather nervous that I would mess it up, so I rang them a few times with questions. They were always very friendly and helpful. Just received our beautiful pendant, pebble and ring with our beloved Marshall from Ashes with Art. The service was quick and amazing and all beautifully presented. It was a very emotional moment but knowing Marsh will be with us everywhere we go makes this hard and sad time a little bit more bearable. Ashes with Art is a fabulous service, there is beautiful jewellery for all pockets and tastes (brilliant website) and I was personally guided through to choose the really pretty sparkle pendant from my late husband’s ashes. I was really worried that I had not ordered in time to give it to my stepdaughter for her wedding, but they fast tracked it through!! The whole process was very professional and the finished product was perfect in its presentation box and bag. I am so glad I found them and highly recommend this unusual but wonderful gift company
