Great place for lighting and other items of decor. Got an amazing light for our hallway, and a wonderful couple of bar stools. Also brilliant service - when one led bulb started to flicker after only a few hours use, it was replaced without question.
It's really nice to receive such great customer service!

Found these bulbs online and wanted to order them but was afraid they'd be too bright. This company very kindly sent me photographs of them in their light fittings in their showroom and we decided to buy them. Arrived very quickly, well wrapped and look fantastic in our floor lamp. Would highly recommend this company and the lightbulbs.

This is a fantastic shop! I went in looking for several light fixtures for my home. I had a brilliant time wandering around. All the staff are helpful but not pushy. I really recommend speaking to Candyce. I purchased quite a few fixtures and an excellent price as they were having a clearance event. I also bought some full price that were still very reasonable. Definitely go support this shop! You won’t be disappointed. They really do value their customers and even help me wrap and carry all of my light fixtures to my car. Fabulous customer service!

We were recommended to TFLLS by a friend. We travelled from our home in Broadway to their showroom in Alcester, and the journey was worth every minute. We were amazed by the enormous selection of lighting, which clearly caters to every conceivable taste, but more important were the staff. Everyone we spoke to were knowledgable on all aspects of lighting and could not have been more helpful in our search for bedside table lamps. We are simply THRILLED with the fossil lamps we eventually chose, and will certainly return if we ever need to find more lighting solutions for our home. Thank you so much guys!

They have a large and varied display of light fittings. We called in four times before making our choice. They even took the trouble to turn off the other lights so that we could see how one type looked; only for us to find we weren’t so keen after all. They were very patient with us.
However, we finally made a choice and ordered on a Friday. I received a call on the following Tuesday morning to say the lights were ready to collect.
The staff are courteous and very professional.
There’s an added bonus, there’s a hand-made chocolate manufacturer next door. I installed the lights and the same evening, we sat under them watching television while scoffing chocs.

Wow what an amazing shop with so much choice of different styles and designs of lights, lamps etc. The staff were so helpful with advice and very knowledgeable about all of the stock showing me different styles and then leaving me to wander to make my choice. I would highly recommend and look forward to getting more lights from there in the future.

We have visited this lovely lighting shop several times recently. Very impressed with the choice of lighting and customer service of the staff. They are very helpful, friendly and go out of their way to accomodate your needs. All staff are very helpful especially Candice who most of our dealing were with. Would definitely recommend!

We drove for an hour to reach this oasis of lamps after reading their positive reviews and seeing the wide range of lights on offer. We were not disappointed. We were immediately greeted by several welcoming members of staff, who explained the various nooks and crannies and areas not immediately seen in view. A special mention to Candice who was very patient, taking the time to understand what we were looking for, and took us around the shop. In the end, we bought everything we had hoped for (plus a bit more). The shop felt like a step back in time, with quality items and knowledgeable, engaging, helpful staff. It's an easy 5-stars from me!

We spent hours searching for two drum shades. This brilliant showroom had exactly what we were looking for. They also provided the perfect shade for a small cloakroom and thanks to their recommendation we finally managed to replace two damaged shades on Art Deco lamps. We wasted hours/days/weeks searching and it was all done in 30 minutes. They recommended a first class electrician and everything looks even better installed. Outstanding selection and advice.

Life is life, it took us more then a year to finish bedroom renovation.

We have purchased all our indoor and outdoor lights for our new house from this amazing shop. They have a fantastic range of lights to suit all decors - modern, traditional etc., and also a wide range of bulbs. The showroom is extremely well stocked so you can see so many lights in action. It’s a pleasure to visit and browse! Their products are superior in quality to the standard range in DIY shops - we wanted something special for our new house and this shop didn’t disappoint! Also the prices are very reasonable for the quality. The staff are super helpful, and can help you find what you need if it isn’t in the showroom - they will order things in for you if they haven’t got exactly what you want in stock. I can’t recommend this shop highly enough!
