A very nice Waitrose store not large inside compared to others they have but non the less well stocked for food a household cleaning well laid out-- light bright and staff have smiling faces and are only to happy to help you with product location and other services- there is a massive carpark with disabled parking opposite the entrance--,its set in the town of Alcester which in itself is picturesque-- and is accessible off the main A435 road Birmingham to Cheltenham --easy to locate and ideal for visiting the town-- I didn't notice any parking restriction signs 👍 👍

Very smart supermarket. The plants for sale outside were of good quality. Some lovely food available and friendly staff. You often see classic cars in the car park too. ❤

Great little supermarket. Talking to sally at the checkout and discussing birthdays and it was my mothers today the same as her daughters and she then organised for some flowers to be given to my mum on her way out. This really made her day. Thank you Sally, Dawn and Waitrose for your random act of kindness.

Contrary to another comment there are up to 8 manned check-outs. Even during the Christmas period the queues were not particularly long, with a ninth temporary till available to customers. Th service is very good. It is a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Sensible and helpful Covid controls in place making shopping feel safer. Good selection of products & special offers. Excellent selection of beers & spirits. Helpful & friendly staff.

What's not to like...! Nice food all in one place... + very nice cut flowers too and potted plants; not over-priced either.

Not as big as many Waitrose & Partners branches, but they cram in a good range of all product lines. The Partners are very friendly, helpful and if you are a 'regular' shopper like me, they recognise you and engage in niceties and general conversation. The Manager is very often on the shopfloor, and is also very pleasant. Overall, Alcester is lucky to have Waitrose.

Well organised queue system and safety un place. Friendly staff and security. Great self scan system helps distancing and speeds shopping.

Waitrose - a superb place to hover around the red wine or hummus looking pensive so you can look as though it's your first choice for a big-shop.

The staff here are excellent though and it's always well-stocked with avocados.

Unlike many other places I feel safe there with social distancing, and masks being worn.

Good selection in a nice handy size shop, seems to keep well stocked, except the Waitrose magazine and the Saturday Times, you have to be on your toes to get those
