Excellent service, very friendly and my gosh, what a selection of beautiful furniture. We love our new chairs in our new space. The delivery guys really knew their stuff and placed the chairs exactly where we wanted them.
It's a showroom like no other, I would highly recommend this amazing store.

Excellent experience from first stepping through the Midfurn store doors to view electric recliner chairs to actually taking delivery. Jeremy and his team were very helpful with product information, no pressure selling and even tea and biscuits included whilst we tested the various chairs. Delivery was as agreed with friendly office staff and the chairs were delivered on time by two very efficient and helpful guys and I cannot praise them highly enough. All in all a very satisfactory transaction.

Quality furniture, at a fair price. Some reviewers have commented on the quality of the customer service, which I can't believe, as I can't fault it. The guys have always been helpful and tolerant of my indecisiveness. This is a big store, and it's full of high quality, well designed furniture sourced from around the world, that in itself should be commended!! They'll have what you need, even if you don't know what that is yet...

Amazing Showroom with so much choice, particularly the new Natuzzi showroom. Looked after brilliantly by Jeremy and the team. No pressure and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Superb range of quality furniture offered in pleasant surroundings with outstanding customer service from friendly and helpful staff. Up to and including the ladies in the accounts office who make nice coffee through to the delivery drivers who bring your purchases in to your home and assemble everything with the upmost care and courtesy.

I was recommended to visit this show room by a friend as I am currently in the process of redecorating my apartment. I was greeted by the owner, Jez, who welcomed me to take a look around and to give him a shout if I wanted any further details, if you are looking for a unique and high quality piece of furniture, this is the place. The collections are stunning, particularly the Natuzzi Italia studio, everything is staged beautifully so you can easily picture how the piece would look in your own home. Jez has a wealth of knowledge about the designers and aftercare tips, giving you confidence in the purchase you are making. I was given all the time in the world to look through the samples and was offered refreshments - a lovely touch. I can’t thank Jez enough for his service and the fantastic deal I walked away with, I would recommend anyone to visit this show room if they are looking for new furniture or inspiration to redecorate!

I visited midfurn today because I’m looking to furnish my home in contemporary furniture I was totally blown away by the most stunning Italian furniture I have ever seen I have ordered the most beautiful Natuzzi Italian corner sofa and Catalan Italian dining table sideboard, mirror and lights and I’m so happy.
Jeremy the owner really looked after me refreshments given , and everything was so easy great experience.

We were hosting our first family Christmas at home and wanted a large corner sofa to seat all the family. Midfurn were extremely helpful in suggesting various options to suit our budget and space. Once we had decided on the perfect sofa they moved heaven and earth to get it to us in time for Christmas, despite the manufacturer suggesting it would not be ready until the new year. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! After sales support has been great too. There was an issue with one of the scatter cushions which was promptly resolved and a replacement was dispatched. The store is lovely with a vast range of modern and also more traditional items. There is so much choice you’re bound to be inspired by something! We were so happy we went back to purchase a Hypnos mattress, and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

My dad put me onto these guys been in business for years, so popped over and bought a stunning calligaris dining table and chairs. Jeremy and the team were fantastic even calling me when the driver was en route.
Really impressed with the professionalism and experience from the install team also. Good job lads keep it up.

We visited 4 local bed shops, and 3 of them had staff who were too busy talking to each other, so they couldn't be bothered to help us. At Midfurn it was a different story. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and asked if we needed any help. We were given all the information we needed and offered the opportunity to try all the beds without anyone pressurising us. The store has lots of choice of quality furniture and it is well laid out.

Midfurn are superb, the service we received from start to finish was second to none. We purchased two beautiful Parker Knoll sofas, and a Hypnos Bed. Jeremy, Director of Midfurn, guided us every step of the way, listening to our requirements, thoughts on colour schemes and always mindful of our budget. Midfurn faced challenging circumstances caused by COVID-19 with professionalism and great care, keeping us updated regularly with manufacturing details and expected delivery timescales. After agreeing a mutually convenient delivery slot our furniture arrived as promised. The delivery men phoned us 10 minutes before arrival, then expertly positioned our furniture exactly as requested, removing every piece of packaging and taking it away, all while adhering to the strict COVID-19 safety guidelines. We could not be more pleased with our choices, the excellent service we received throughout and the final results which are absolutely stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend Midfurn. Thank you.
