The product selection is very comprehensive, and I can find many of the items I need here. The staff's service and attitude are also very friendly.

You cant ask for the wrong thing here! If they haven't got it they will get it!

Very useful store. They also sell and deliver Calor Gas (when Calor manage to send them some). Have been shopping there ever since we moved here 6 years ago. Friendly and efficient staff.

Just moved to area, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of hardware, and were just installing a new paint mixing unit. This will be my first choice rather than the usual online options 👍

I would like to share my experience with Morris Mica/Hardware store in Alcester. I have frequently bought here over the last year and was never disappointed -what they did not have in stock they got in within the day. However the most recent experience was truly outstanding - I ordered/bought a sack truck last night (would have been near 21:00) online as needed urgently over the weekend and was surprised to see I could request shipping/delivery. This morning around 10:00 it was delivered to my door. Many thanks to all staff at Morris Burden Mica for always going extra mile and supporting your customers with the goods & advise!

This little shop is amazing. Wanted to buy a yard rake and the ones I like are few and far between! I could not see any plastic ones so I asked the lovely lady on the counter and she disappeared upstairs only to arrive back with three beauties to choose from! I bought two and they are fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough. They have never let me down. 5*

Excellent little shop, very useful for DIY stuff including tools etc. The locksmith is very good too, the chap working the counter was very helpful and ordered in some specific key blanks that I wanted.

Specialist family business's left like this one ,mores the pity. the staff are great also with a wealth of knowledge.

We all thought Alcester was losing something when Burdens changed hands but the towns little hardware store is still a gem.
Has everything you need at a reasonable price and offered a free delivery service during lockdown.

Morris mica is one of those incredible little shops, where you walk in, looking for something fairly obscure.... And they have it. But they don't just have it, they have a choice of whatever it may be. I've never come out of here empty handed. Lovely helpful staff, and good quality items.
