First class service, always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond.

Did click and collect. Got a text within 10 minutes to say collection was ready. Very quiet customer wise when I got the (Saturday afternoon). Their system seems very efficient. Pleasant and friendly staff. As a diy customer have used many times.

Always got good stock levels, really handy location - closest one for miles. The staff are also very helpful, quick and friendly!

My car would not start after doing a click and collect and the staff were so helpful, one of the team, Mollie I think, helped sort it all out (in the rain!).

They were absolutely brilliant this week when I (unintentionally) messed them around ordering the wrong flue for our boiler (twice). Ordered click and collect, paid with PayPal, and received a text to collect next day. Needless to say neither fitted, my fault, not theirs (despite my extensive research on the internet). They took them both back and I received a PayPal refund for both the following day. The boiler fitter eventually obtained the correct one from elsewhere. Hey ho.
As a result of their very understanding efforts I will be ordering my son's birthday present (an sds drill) from them shortly. I have been using Screwfix in Alcester for quite a while now, whilst doing up our bungalow, and they have always been welcoming and friendly. 👍

Absolutely fantastic service from very pleasant, helpful and professional assistants. Never any problems with supply of materials or tools. And all with a free smile too, great 👍.

I purchased a evolution mitersaw yesterday but unfortunately had to return it back due a fault ,Spoke with the lady store manager and as always very helpful and sorted my concern out straight away ,The manager is a asset to the alcester store ,TRUST ME !!
