We were really pleased with the recent work carried out by Richard and Max, their attention to detail was exceptional, along with Rada, who kept us informed of all aspects of the work to be carried out. Rada was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and more than happy to answer any questions that we may have, they clearly make a great team and it shows.
Richard takes extreme pride in what he does and is not happy with second best, hence, we would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

I am very happy to write this review as I feel we had first class service and workmanship from start to finish. We had an idea of what we wanted and were guided and advised as to what would be best for us. There was a blip when our surround arrived damaged but Rada kept us informed of the outcome. Richard obviously knows exactly what he is doing, is a very tidy worker and the fitting went seamlessly. We love our new fire! I would recommend Flaming Grate without hesitation.

What a team! Both Rada and Richard gave us 1st class service and support during our house rebuild. They gave forthright advice backed by knowledge, expertise and experience. Richard did the installation of two fires in difficult circumstances (Builders!) and was impressive in his ability to adapt and just get on with the job in hand according to the timelines.
He gave us full confidence and was respectful at all times of our newly installed wooden floor and decorations.

We had excellent service from Flaming Grate. Ours was not an easy installation as a new gas supply had to be run from one side of the house to the other. This was done with minimum fuss or disruption.
We are delighted with our new fire and would recommend FG without hesitation.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Rada was able to show us a great selection and the technical details which made our decision easier. To go from an open fire that my mum cannot manage anymore to a warm easy to use gas stove has been amazing. Richard is such a skilled craftsman, from installation to sweeping the chimney, replacing a cowl, installing the stove and demonstrating bit beautifully. So pleased look no further.

Been everywhere around looking for good service but when it comes to instalation they used subcontractors and thatscwhy i choosed Flaming grate. They do instalation them selfs.
