I have to say I had the best experience with Karin at Dior today. I never met such a great sales person. Dior should praise her to the top. Everything she was doing was with the smile and she never failed or was tired of me or my partner when trying different samples. She never had issue to provide Dior bags and amazing packaging. We will be coming back to her. I wish her all the best in her amazing role. Karin we loved you to bits! Xxx

Took my son to see santa here, they have a lovely workshop, design your own plate, various different things for you to see and take pictures with. Loved the santa he was very sweet and caring and took his time to speak to my son. All the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend.

A super shopping centre. Has a great new affordable art gallery - Arthouse Galleries - run by local artists, at the Wood St entrance. Just opened, check it out!

Almost everything you want is right here. Sales are great and they really go out in Christmas time. I believe it is layered out over 5 levels. From Cafe Nero, arts, furniture, clothing, toys, food, luggage… you name it they have it.

We went to the coffee shop and the Christmas desserts were amazing!!!tasty and very well represented.well done!!!

Massive department store with a lot of brands. Well laid out and you're spoilt for choice. You're bound to find what you're looking for.
Couple of cafe/eateries within the store and direct access to the car park.
Well worth a visit.

This department store holds lots of goodies , many upscale brands from medium to high end.
Weather it’s house hold stuff or mens , ladies , shoes , kids , all are available, it’s like a center within a bigger center .
It’s another perfect place for shopping.
Highly recommend.

Yesterday in the bed linen department I met two of the most helpful ladies. It was such a pleasure to shop with them. I wish I had made a note of their names. It was
late evening. There were variouspillow cases which i needed for my sets . The ladies searched and searched for similar colours. I do hope they can see my thanks and I certainly will shop with them again.

What shopping used to be and should be. I wanted to buy a salad bowl. Two wonderful knowledgeable ladies spent time with me and cared. End result salad bowl bought and a very pleasurable process.

A nice shopping centre.
Unfortunately things are changing and we are losing good shops on our high street.

Very good selection of shops and certainly the architecture caught my eye. The shops are well laid out and the window displays were fantastic.

Looks like a mini Westfield as u have Rolex and some of the other expensive outlets. A good place to wander around. I'll be back

Karin from Dior cosmetics in Fenwick is extraordinary sales woman . She is very friendly and she showed me many products which she use . I went to buy lip tint and end up buying more products and also I brought something online once I’m back home recommended by Karin . She is beautiful , the way she explained made me

I visited the store in Kingston. I was served by Michelle from CWF department. I was very impressed by her caring and sales skills.
I thought Michelle was brilliant at her job.
Her guidelines was invaluable.
Fenwick is lucky to her as an employee.

In search of a Kenwood stand mixer today (without success at JL where there was a total absence of assistants - was it teatime or something?). But popped into Fenwick on the way home - my first time ever in a Fenwick branch and it was a much better experience. There were super helpful assistants in the kitchen department who really wanted to help us. Alex couldn’t do enough to help us with advice and purchase of a Kenwood Chef and two lady assistants helped us 1) find the electric pepper grinders and then 2) demo’d one for us. Thanks guys for going above and beyond and your great customer service. And we went home very happy with our two new appliances.

Came here to do some shopping good selection of shops. Zara, Oliver Bonas, New look, Massimo Dutti, Fenwick, etc.also have a cinema, waterstones with a cafe, and other eating places. Nice atmospheres.

Karin from Dior is an exemplary of an excellent customer service attendant.She has a good skills in dealing with customer.Approachable and has convincing power to customer. Today i bought perfume and she assisted me.😍
