I was very happy with the attentive service l received. My aim was to buy a new computer, which l did, it was stress free. The staff listened to my request, answered all my questions and the sale was done.

It's a massive store, lots to choose from, nice to be able to look around first to get an idea of what was available before speaking to anyone. In general a very positive experience and so far very happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience doing all the Christmas shopping. I am not familiar with video games devices and sale assistant Daniela-Andra was very helpful taking her time explaining me the differences between the products making sure I got the right items for my family. I also wanted to buy an item it wasn’t in the store. She ordered for me and call me 2 days later to pick it up at any time.

The salesperson was perfect! I kept putting myself off of what they had on show... I had done my resurch and thought I would get a sharp hoover, arrived met this gentleman who was the best ever, he took me all over the shop showing me all the hoovers that was going to be far to heavy so I changed my mind on the Sharp ones, then Dyson was a contender, but then was advised about the small clip that is the issue when dropped, so as I asked for lightest one, I found Gtec was the lightest, but Curry's didn't sell this, he advised where I can get it... I'm sending all my family to this shop, how good are they, if they don't hold what is good for you they will look online and find it. Amazing staff member. I will be returning.

Brought a TV and microwave today.
Great service from the assistant,very friendly and gave us a discount on a 5 yr guarantee for the TV.
He brought out the TV and microwave to the car,best service ever,give him a pay rise pls.Def be back because of him.5 stars.

If ever you wish to buy large appliances ask for Martin’s assistance. Very knowledgeable and listens to customers. Most of the staff are always asking for his advice so must be a marvellous mentor.

Valerie, washing machine specialist, has excellent knowledge and actually listened to what we were looking for. Valerie was very thorough in researching all the options which satisfied our criteria and we made our choice feeling comfortable with our decision. Her humour and experience was greatly appreciated and we wished to let Currys know what an asset she is to the Company.

Excellent customer service by Mr Kandee! Helped me buy a new 65 inch TV, he was very calm/patient explaining the pros and cons of each product. Will definitely look out for him next time I buy a product from Currys New Malden 👍🏽

Nice shop, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pretty big so have a wide range of products and brands. Not the cheapest, but perhaps worth it for convenience and advice. Note though they will push hard to sell an extended warranty.

My friend ordered a gift online for me to pickup at Currys New Malden. The communication from the store was spot on, instructions clear, collection swift. In and out in 5 minutes. Great service.
