O2 Shop Worthing

I just wanted to extend my thanks for Mollie who had fanastic customer service. I was very stressed after an hour and a half phone call with o2 and she was very great at helping me in my stressed state. I'm aware alot of customers come in feeling this way. It takes a particular type of person who can talk to you in this kind and compassionate way, so thank you.

Kind, caring staff. Big thank you to the girls who helped me out. Even though they dealt with some very unpleasant people just before they spoke to myself they kept calm and professional. I could never fault them. Thank you for everything you have done and I love my new phone!!

Went in there today to collect my phone,
Was greeted by a very friendly staff member who blocked me a slot,
Was texted to say I am next and was introduced to Emma.
She was so informative, friendly , and worked wonders with my account and had a proper little tidy up for me.
Such a nice bunch of staff,

Staff was friendly and professional at the Worthing branch.

Using o2 switch for the first time rang today to reserve a phone answered quickly and very efficient, answered some additional questions I had in regard to trading in my current watch for a new phone case and cables. Looking forward to the switch up tomorrow thanks o2.

Brilliant customer service from the young lady that served me and my partner (were both looking for new deals). Didn't pressure us at all into anything that didn't work for us but explained what would be best when we described what was needed.

A refreshing change from previous contract sign ups.

The few times I've been into the shop, the staff have always been really nice. Helpful, and patient, they make sure that you go away with any issues fully resolved. I also really like that I was told that I can go in any time, with any questions about my phone, and they will be happy to help. I am one of those people who prefer talking face to face with an actual person! Thank you 02!

Always greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. My query was sorted out really quickly.

Good knowledge unlike the Chichester branch

Three members of staff have been extremely knowledgable, professional and they are Gemma, Victoria,Tom.Their warm welcome to the store have been much appreciated.

I went to Worthing for a day out yesterday. Went to this o2 shop. I was helped by Victoria and Gemma. They were polite and knew what they were doing. I found them really helpful and friendly. Not like another store I once reviewed!!

This is something that I never do, post reviews.....so here goes ! Yesterday, 15/2/18, my wife and I visited the Worthing branch of O2 .
We were greeted on arrival by an extremely friendly lady who introduced herself as Victoria and offered her assistance. We are both somewhat 'technophobic' and as such, do not usually relish the onslaught of 'Tech speak' that often awaits. Victoria took the time to walk us through the problem that we were having, explaining throughout in plain English just what it was and how it could be resolved, wow, refreshing to say the very least ! The problem was resolved in a few minutes simply by purchasing little SD card....at least I think that's what it was called ! Victoria did offer an upgrade, obviously part of her job, but did not bang on and on about it as many sales people tend to do. The outcome being, that when we are ready to upgrade, we will go to find Victoria. She is very well informed, welcoming, good humoured and most importantly...helpful without bullying !!
One downside........whilst Victoria kept us entertained and resolved our issue, we outstayed our welcome and returned to our car only to find what us old 'fogies' call a parking ticket....yep a PCN....Doh !!

Visit the store 30.10.19 this afternoon with issue in accessing the internet using O2 hot spots. The young ladies in the shop were great and didn't stop until they solved my problem. Resetting my phone without losing any data it was rewarding to see such dedication to service. My thanks to them for being so patient and treating an OAP with care.

A big thank you to Gemma for her brilliant service today.. Really appreciate the time and effort you took to help my daughter and I get new contracts.

I couldn't ask for more, they came to me straight away explained it might take 10 minutes to be seen properly it took less than 5 and then service was great from there onwards.

These guys could not have been more helpful if they tried. They really go above and beyond the call of duty to help me, and the customer service is truly exceptional. Cannot fault them at all.
