Screwfix Newhaven

I had a emergency job come up that needed sorting out straight away so i popped into Screwfix and they had all the supplies i needed in store which enabled me to get the emergency job done very quickly! A big thank you to the young lady member of staff behind the counter as she knew exactly where everything was that i asked for !! Great service. Super easy to click and collect as well as returns and refunds. I had to return an item (unopened and unused), full refund no questions asked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are usually great as well. It's a relief that these shops are open during these tier 4 times.

Her 3-D visualisations were excellent and particularly helpful in ensuring the best design possible. The product is high quality, and the price more competitive than 3 other major suppliers. happy to recommend.

The staff in the store were great. We had a order abandoned by head office and no notification was sent to the store meaning we never received any communication for our order. When we went in store to see what was happening, alot of the team where very helpful and accommodating to find us answers. Jade and her team went above and beyond for us.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere. Got a nice cordless and ready for adventures.

So convenient to shop here, with the 1 hour pick and collect great and easy to use. Easy parking, but don't ask any of the younger members of staff for assistance, you may as well be speaking a foreign language for some subjects.

Always pleasure to collect my orders. We get a lot of items from them including PPE for work, quick to get in stock of they dont have it, usually next day.

My door handle snapped off my door and after walking to B&Q in the rain no one helped me so went screwfix and the young lad sorted it all out for me making sure I got the right size etc...

A product was ordered. Went to collect it. Our card was checked then the product was checked to ensure it was complete before we left. Very efficient.

Screwfix have really understood and delivered what customers want. For a non-tradesperson, it's not daunting like the DIY superstores; staff are open and friendly, the catalogue is easy to understand, returns are entirely hassle-free. Have found both Newhaven and Eastbourne branches excellent on several occasions.

I needed a couple of double sockets in a hurry and a pack of five from Screwfix was under £12.00. Another shop had quoted £16.00 for two. Not a hard decision!
