Love this store, lovely people serving, shame the main boss don't trust them cos he seems to check large purchases?? checking and counting the money like the cashiers can't count, this held up the que and made the cashier who's an absolute lovely lady look like she cant count to 100... not professional at all and belittling for her and other staff, other than that I love the stock it's always changing and new stock coming in, it's a clean and friendly store, its definitely a jewel in Bury St Edmunds Crown xxxxxxx

Just love this shop, the staff are so friendly and helpful, only problem is I always end up going home with things that I wasn't planning on getting.

This is a great B&M store. So much variety and it's spacious so even when it's busy you don't feel like it's crowded. I like to get my cleaning products here at a much cheaper price than the supermarkets, stock up on crisps and canned goods. Till staff are always friendly.

Got what I needed for my home - a few containers for organization.

The assistant who helped with my daughters exchange was brilliant and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Not sure of his name... we were there at 13.20. Today.

Went to buy a couple of new cushions....ended up buying anything from an outside light, torch, family gifts, tinned salmon ....oh dear. Even the gentleman on the till couldn't believe how much I spent. I think it's safe to say I love B and M. N.B. bought 5 cushions, 2 new throws.

Same as any other B&M, good products at a reasonable price. You'll go in for one small thing and end up buying the store. Helpful staff. Nice modern store overall. Plenty of parking. Can get busy at peak times.

Very convenient for me to shop you can get everything from cupboard foods to wallpaper to d.i.y to toys/games pet supplies to gifts for the home to some furniture home/garden literally anything

Busy as usual but only a short wait at the tills. Well stocked. No obvious gaps in the shelves and staff very cheerful and helpful as always.
