Asda Bury St Edmunds Superstore

I have been shopping here for years and always experienced great customer service. From the kind gentleman collecting trollies, to the managerial team who I see actively supporting staff on the floor plate. I think the store does a great job with, in my opinion, the number of staff they have. I have only used the cafe a handful of times, but the service and quality of products has been great. The click and collect service is also first class from my experience. I also find the staff completing the online orders very respectful. A refreshing change to other supermarket chains I have visited in the past. Merry Christmas and keep up the top work.

We fancy a ride out so we popped into Asda had something to eat and drink then did some shopping good selection

I came into ASDA Bury St Edmunds today and I couldnt praise enough a lady in the bakery called Claire. She went above and beyond to help me, so lovely and polite she really couldn't do enough to help and advise. Fantastic customer service. Please can you pass this onto management

Good supermarket, went to get my covid booster and flu jab. Extremely efficient service and then had a wander around the shop.

Fairly quiet in store at 10.30a.m.. Had everything we required that wasn't in stock in our online shop yesterday! All good quality and good choice on the fruit and vegetables section. Worth a visit.

Thank you to Claire from the bakery at Asda, Bury St Edmunds. I was struggling to connect my phone to the photo cake designing machine, Claire stopped making the doughnuts & not only connected my phone, but she also did everything from uploading my photo to writing out the text. She also smelt of cakes so I had to buy some doughnuts, rather than nibbling her arm! Thanks again Claire.

Went in the cafe today . With my daughter and Granddaughter. . Lady called Marie was lovely and so good with my granddaughter. And made the visit most enjoyable

Always plenty of stock and a good variety of it. There is a lot available for vegan and free from customers in the shop, but the cafe is lacking in this area. The only downside to this store is the other customers it attracts and their attitudes towards the staff who work hard to keep them safe.

The store worker on scan and go today called mike (bury st Edmunds) was absolutely fantastic, he help me so much today with my problem scanning vouchers, whilst helping other shoppers. You have a fantastic worker.he was a savour today. 5 stars for him

Great store nice cafe

I was very serprised. I had a meal in the restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the meal. Much improved than what I've eaten there before. Found it easy to find the shopping I wanted. And once again all staff were very helpful.

Nice big clean shop has cafe and toilets, they sell all sorts of food products, also garden furniture clothes toys mobile phones. The staff are friendly and helpful

Big store, decent prices.

Great selection of food and homewares. Has a click and collect service, café, deli bar, custom Pizza stand, fish monger and bakery. Lots of parking space and soon to be next to The Range and B&M. Although the main picture shows the shop as 24hrs, this is no longer the case.

It's an Asda nothing to Karren here. If there was the staff are helpful enough!

I woukd like to thank Daniel and Corinne (pharmacy department) at asda bury st Edmunds. My wife ordered very expensive and IMPORTANT medication for her treatment and both worked very hard to make sure that the medication arrive on time. They called the supplier and Daniel called my wife when all the items were arrived. They went beyond their job descriptions and empathise with my personal situation.
