Since this store has recently become under new management I can’t stress the positive changes enough, the staff seem so much happier all very happy chatty and more than happy to help in any way they can, it’s definitely a step up from the previous owners

Recently come to the area due to working in a local pub, can honestly say the staff are very helpful, always smiling, nothing is to much trouble, the girls in the morning are very welcoming and chatty, seen the boss a few times and always been very helpful and the odd time needed change and always been happy to help, would recommend this shop to anyone passing or local’s,

Friendly staff they know who they are. Some of these reviews are out of spite but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this store.

I've never experienced any rude behaviour more the cashier giving me less change but they tend to be apologetic whilst I mention it- I feel the people leaving these bad reviews aren't from the area so I wouldn't suggest people not from Derby going there

Customer service is ok, but the store owner pricing practices are very sketchy. On bottled beer there is no prices and when it comes to pay it turnes out that you have to pay £13 for 5 items. They do not give a proper vat receipt with every items on it, just total receipt from payment terminal. If it is Premier franchise than why they do not use a till from Premier?!

Extremely rude staff. Avoid this shop. You are the customer and they treat you like they are making you a favor and in a very rude way. This store doesn’t deserve anyones hard earned money.

Doesn't even deserve one star, walked into the store and was told very abruptly I would have to wait before handing my Hermes parcel to him, I said I would join the queue. The abruptly again he stated I needed to print the label off as he could not scan the parcel without it, the labels were already on the parcel. I have never met such a ride, arrogant bombastic individual than the not so human being who was supposed to serve me. In the end I said I would go elsewhere. Never again would I use this particular store.

Went to this shop to return Amazon parcel on two separate occasions about 6 months apart, and both times the woman told me she could not take parcels on that day.

Very rude cashier. No Customer service whatsoever. I will not be coming here again ever.

Disgusting behaviour..brought a product for £5.99 gave £10.00... then was given £4.00 change with a blaze ..’oh I haven’t got any 1p coins’....nice hey if you do this to all your customers...won’t shop there again..avoid if you don’t want ripping off..with no apologies..

Had a Hermes parcel sent here but the shop has been closed at 5 today and yesterday despite its opening times being until 11pm. What's going on??

Really rude owner and wouldn't recommend going. Not helpful and shops close by that have better staff

On my most recent visit the 2 male staff were rude, unpleasant, condescending, wilfully obstreperous and generally obnoxious.
