Excellent service to say the least , one of the delivery got damaged which wasn’t their fault it could happen in transport . I emailed them and send them details and they sent out replacement straight away . Also kept in touch and sent me tracking number. Would highly recommend them also very quick delivery.

I ordered a new regulator for my compressor and when it arrived, I just put it in the garage. 3 weeks later, when u went to fit it, I noticed that it was broken. It looks like it's been damaged in transit. I sent them an email and they got straight back to me, apologising, (I'm sure it wasn't their fault, ) and they sent out a replacement straight away. No quibble, no faff.. Can't ask for more than that. Great experience with their customer service. Thanks!

I purchased the rolling tool cabinet with top chest box over 2 years ago now and it has been faultless .
Recently purchased a trolley jack from elsewhere and was sub-par to say the least so i went on to SGS website and found the 2.5 tonne heavy duty jack in the christmas sale, ordered and it arrived in under 24 hours!
Cant fault them at all and will happily purchase from again should i need something else.
Only thing missing is some SGS stickers for my sticker bombed cabinets 😂👍🏼. Thanks again.

I was on the look out for a new work bench and when I seen SGS come up with draws and overhead cabinet I wasn't really expecting alot with price I ordered it and it came today .
Probably took me a hour to assemble and I'm absolutely over the moon with it the quality is brilliant I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again really good .

I judge company by the items they sell and the after sales service and SGS is five stars all the way. My tool chest arrived damaged in a small area it was packed well but the courier didn't take care.

These things happen and SGS replaced the top part very quickly and answered the phone and emails promptly. The unit itself is way better than it looks on the website and I'm very pleased with it, looks like I will be a returning customer. Thanks SGS.

Ordered a 50l compressor on Friday which arrived on Tuesday. Unfortunately on opening the packaging, there was some damage. After a conversation with the customer services team SGS arranged to collect and replace on the same date which was most convenient to us.
Problems will always arise, but how a company manages these is a measure of quality.
Very happy and would use SGS again.

Sent in some gas struts to be regassed. The staff were very helpful over the phone and I received a very fast and professional service. Highly recommended 10/10

Needed replacement rams for the dropdown bed on my 20 year old motorhome. Took an old one in and SGS produced a pair in 15 minutes, exact match. Could not fit them because of the way the manufacturer had installed the originals. The solution was to shorten the rams by just 15mm, SGS did this while I waited at no charge! The rams were less than £60 for the pair. My son has purchased garage equipment from SGS and we both can wholeheartedly recommend - 5 stars well deserved

Originally bought cabinets from US pro Tools and they kept arriving damaged, even the replacements were arriving damaged. Told them to stuff the lot and give me a full refund. I ordered the 72 inch stainless steel cabinet with back board and cupboards. Oh I'm so glad I did, it is truly amazing quality and well packaged, I absolutely love it. I had an issue with a fault in a particular tool I purchased. It was disappointed for me to find that I could not get the parts due due to my use of the machine for work purposes. It is a policy I'd over looked. The customer service I found to be professional as they took the time to explain things to me patiently despite my misunderstanding at the time.
For this I confidently rate them with five stars. I would purchase from them again. My purchase was delivered in a good time without any issues and the machinery is quality and the price competitive

Bought a pair of gas struts for the tailgate on my camper van, as I have a bike rack fitted bit heavier than normal, called in, engineer looked at the problem, re-gased the struts & tested all done in less than an hour, couldn't be happier 5** Thanks guys

I was trying to find some new boot gas struts for my daughter's Nissan Micra but despite having the code from the current one I just couldn't find the right thing.
I rang up SGS Engineering and spoke to a very helpful person who took their time to find the correct boot gas strut for her car.
I would definitely recommend this company as they were very helpful and had knowledge of the products.

Top rating for SGS. Compressor delivered next day as advertised. The oil level on the compressor on setting up was well above the level advised so a couple of emails to SGS sorted situation. Replies received within a few hours or next day at the latest.

Although not a quiet machine the noise level is not excessive. This one is reasonably stable in use, not jumping around like a demented washing machine as my "old" compresser did.
