Excellent Customer Service from Shaz, (young lady with vivid hair colour!)
We could not believe the effort she went to , to help us and we were only buying a lampshade!
Definitely a great asset to the store, hope she is greatly appreciated by the bosses. She should be!!

My toddler's favourite place to go to have a meal. She loves the Pausa cafe a lot!

Went to the Coffee shop had a bacon bap and coffee price was a little bit pricey but it's expected. I have shopped there many times and I have actually found some good bargains especially from the curtains department. They have oversized hooded fleeces at not bad prices also. On entering the shop I was greeted with someone asking if I had a collection, and willing to help. Overall experience was very good.

Was looking for a specific bracket to put curtains up spent 20 minutes looking and saw a member of staff and asked her. She went beyond anything that could possibly be expected she spoke to colleges looked it up on line and eventually she found one hidden behind a curtain pole. If every store had Hannah's working for them maybe the retail industry wouldn't be in such a mess. If your boss is reading this, Hannah should get a wage rise because staff like her are few and far between. Well done Hannah !

I like this store it has stylish things for your home. Plus I get items there for my sewing projects!!!

My wife loves this place , good value, good staff, nice stuff, a coffee shop, fabrics, duvets pillow cases, curtains, you name it if it's for the house they most probably have it ,

There was a great choice together with the most helpful staff to make it a most enjoyable shopping experience.

Nice, well laid out and goid bargains. We liked that the sample pillows were hung above where they were in wrapped versions. It meant yoy could actually see and squeeze and feel your choice,so unlike other shops. So pleased with our purchases.

Clean and well-stocked with friendly staff. Cafe was well-priced and the coffee was pretty good. A good range of products and not too busy when I went either.

Cracking shop, loads of cushions, duvets, sheets and stuff. Great if you like to sleep or laze in bed. Oh, and the cushions... Amazing range
