Just been served by the most beautiful girl I've ever seen she was polite and very helpful thank you to the strawberry blonde girl

I made it clear that I knew what I needed but was unsure of dimensions. Toolstation's Aiden was both courteous and supportive in choosing the correct item. His pleasant demeanour allowed me to shop with confidence and purchase the correct part first time... so we went back later and bought more plumbing parts to complete the job.

Great friendly service from Will. He was only person on counter and it was very busy but he coped very well under pressure. Always recommend this store as everyone who works there are friendly and helpful.

Going for "bits and pieces, big or small" is not a task, from my point of view. I have never been disappointed in the several visits I have made in the last few years.
What really gets to me is that Toolstation prices are better than what I would call Professional Companies (I do accept that places like Jewson's do a lot of gear that Toolstation don't).
It's a shame their name isn't "in folks' faces". To be truthful, I never expected to be able to BUY a tool from Toolstation cheaper than HIRING one from "other" companies. (this has been the case at least four times in the last year.)
