Wow, the shop is amazing, they sell all electrical items for home and office's. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The headman manager, team leader, or whatever he is looks after and helps all the staff and customers. He was fantastic he knew everything and jumped from one thing to another and was so polite and happy. The young man who helped us need his help several times. They were very helpful and got us the best deal for what we wanted. The shop was very busy but well organised

The manager here was great. I walked in looking for a particular item. I was researching this & prices on my phone for a few minutes. No staff approached me. Eventually the manager came up to me and asked if any of his team had already made contact. I explained that they hadn't. He then helped me with the purchase I wanted, at a great "price matched" price. Excellent service. He gets my award for best service I've ever had in Currys.

My wife was having major problems with her phone after an upgrade via Carphone Warehouse. Adam, who sorted it all out for her, was superb. He could not have been more helpful. Top marks to him.

Needed cooker spare part. Don't do computers. Salesman went above & beyond & got part for me using own email address. Part arrived within 3 days.

Good service, took in a pair of headphones which broke I bought from Dixon's Travel about two years ago. Had the extended instant replacement service and managed to find the receipt to show this. Swapped for a replacement pair of Sennheiser headphones with no hassle. All staff were very polite and easy to deal with. Really impressed at how smooth that was !

I have tried to rate the sales person, but can find no way of doing this, so have come to the general reviews.
Today I purchased a new oven and had an extraordinarily helpful and pleasant girl serving me, this was Anna. She explained the workings of various ovens and I eventually, with her help, chose one. So Anna your service to me on the 26/09/2021 scored a mighty 10, if I could have given you 11 I would have done so.

Super efficient service. Ordered online. Drove to store. Chose an empty car bay to park in. Followed the instructions in email and a jolly nice chap loaded the dryer into my car. No fuss. Good job! Much better service than Colchester.

I went in today to trade in an old laptop so that I could get a new one. The young man who dealt with me at the knowhow desk, Sam, was incredibly helpful while he sorted out my trade in. Even though it was complicated he was very patient and friendly and fully deserves recognition for doing such a great job. Great shopping experience, full marks!

Who said staff at multiple retailers are unwelcoming, poor on knowledge and lacking in customer service? ‘Are you sure this item will do the job for you?’ I was asked at the counter. ‘Oh no’ I thought, expecting some sales patter to try to get me to spend more. But I was wrong and he was right. I’d selected a router which wouldn’t have been right, and was promptly given an expert explanation of why it wouldn’t work for me and full details of what I should choose from. I was more than impressed with the technical knowledge and service provided by not only this assistant manager but also the staff at the checkout who made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. The expert advice saved me money and time.

Staff member was very helpful and quickly collected my item from the storeroom when I couldn't find it on the shop floor. Even offered to load it into my car. Very friendly and efficient service. Store was clean and tidy with everything I looked at priced.

The item we were looking for was in stock and the extended warranty offered was useful insurance.

Made a very easy transaction by Adam when up -grading my mobile phone. Big thanks to him I found the right mobile for my needs

Sadly couldn't get what we wanted so we ordered online instead and saved a fair bit as item was still on sale, free delivery too...
