Upon arrival, I was assaulted by an elderly citizen with a cane as she exclaimed 'you people need to go back to where you came from'. I later received the news that she was in fact the manager of this retched store - thoroughly disappointed by this experience. On the other hand, their pleasure products were of a high quality and variety, spicing up my family reunion. Overall, I still prefer this Tesco to my barber shop where I am verbally abused while they film explicit content in the bathroom. ☆*: .｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆

Just had the most delightful interaction with Ali on tills. I'm going through a personal loss at the moment and, effortlessly, he picked up on and improved my mood with his kind words of comfort. Absolutely unprompted, delightful compassion. A true credit to your entire organisation.

There is this AMAZING man named Mr Ali (Amersham main branch). Goodness me! That man deserves the award for the best worker of the century. I have never experienced his level of customer services towards customers. His patience, respect and love for his job is truly inspiring.
Well done Mr Ali for being so amazing!

Just have to say huge appreciation for the night staff on this midnight thursday (10-08-23). Politely moving storage trolleys out of our way, offering recommendations and savings on this or that purchase, listening to some very chilled 90s soundtrack, I've honestly never had a better superstore shopping experience. Only went in for a tin of dog food, ended up buying 40 quids worth of stuff and making clubcard savings of 12 pounds and coming away very happy and impressed.
Should things not be a little slower, a little less pressured, and everyone getting a long and lending a hand? Life seems a lot nicer for it.
Really can't thank and respect the night staff enough. 5 stars!

Stephan went above and beyond today while on duty. I went in tesco for 1 item but ended up with both hands full! So when I went to buy fish, Stephan saw my dilemma and without hesitation got me a basket. Such a cheerful, kind and caring staff, Tesco should employ more staff like him! Thank you! Merry Christmas. Good prices and they have everything I required plus much more. Service was also very friendly. The store was quite quiet for a weekday afternoon. Also, parking was plentiful and trolley bays in a good location.

Use this store weekly for our grocery shopping and typically use the click and collect service which is great. The petrol station is next to the click and collect which is great so I can do both at the same time. Always find the staff helpful and friendly and if you need to go in store they have family parking next to the entrance but this is usually quite busy.

24 hours. Friendly staff. Has almost everything you can imagine. Nicely managed. Proper parking space. Pocket friendly.

And you can enjoy at the coffee shop once you're done shopping.

I shop here every day and find the staff very friendly. They are always cheerful and willing to engage. Not easy given how rude I see some customers being. What a convenience to have in the Old Town too. Thanks Tesco folk, I think you do well.

I had a really great service experience at Amersham Tesco Petrol station last Wednesday. This Asian lady, Shakira at counter was very friendly and lively that she lifted my mood instantly for whole day. Whenever she has served me, she is always smiling and quick.

Greatplace to buy all under one roof. Friendley and helpfull staff. Plenty of choices to select with price ranges and quality

It's clean, they try hard to keep it neat and tidy. I'm happy with fresh fruit and vegetables section. I like the fact that there's a large international food section too.

It's a big supermarket and it stocks a wide variety of mass-produced stuff. Go somewhere else if you want hand-crafted products!
