Great guy

Went to fetch a parcel.
It was a bit hard to find

It's a corner shop. I don't really use it much but if I miss UPS courier, this is where I pick up my packages. No parking at the front so have to walk around the building to get to it.

Unwelcoming overpriced and poor stock

Pretty much the same as everybody else that's left a review.

The shop owner is a joker and refused to hand over a parcel saying it wasn't in my name.

I had the card, proof of purchase email and the UPS emails and he still said he wouldn't give it to me.

The guy is an absolute waste of air.

What UPS are doing allowing a dive hole shop like this carrying their name and brand is beyond me.

*Please Read* I had a Nike parcel delivered to this store yesterday after delivery to our house was unsuccessful. Today I attempted to retrieve my parcel from this store and found the gentleman to be extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. He proceeded to speak to me in a manner that was very demeaning and rude. I left the shop after he insisted it was not left at the location as specified. I called Nike to investigate the matter and they reassured me it was at the store. I called the shop to reiterate what Nike had said, to which the owner of the shop said he was too busy and put the phone down on me. I returned to the shop and the gentleman pushed the door closed as I tried to enter and shouted at me suggesting I had given him the wrong information. He continued to insist the parcel was not in the shop until some time afterwards finally appearing with the parcel. I thanked him for the parcel and asked him in future not to be so unpleasant to his custom. I strongly recommend DPD and other couriers do not use this store!

Shopkeeper is honestly the rudest man on earth kicked my son out off the shop because he spent a bit of time picking his drink wouldn’t go here the selection is not very good

Agree with other customer that said shop smells unclean. £5 minimum card spend, my wife went here, I had waited outside with the baby because there is no room to get the pushchair through the door, the shop keeper heard me say this and poked her head round the door to see. My wife spent the £5 minimum and proceeded to pick up her stuff and carry it out, on the way, she dropped a carton of juice which broke. Shop keeper said you should of called your husband in and made him carry it. No lady, you should of offered a bag! Zero customer service skills.

Very rude shopowner. The shop is cluttered and dirty.

The owner of the shop refuse to collect the UPS parcels. Totally waste the time. This drop point should be closed.

Shocking service parcel was delivered on Friday today is Monday first chance to collect was told I was luck to get it as it was being sent back today sorry hold for 7days not 2 1/2 days very rood and not welcoming to anyone at this shop DPD should stop using them shocking service that's all I can say

Been refused to get my parcel based on incompetence to use the parcel system.
Really rude arrogant service.

Highly NOT recommended

( on top of that shop- stinks not so clean)
