Slug & Lettuce - Chester

We came for bottomless brunch, food was yummy! Non stop cocktails, there is definitely no maximum limit like other places , we ordered dessert however it took 50 mins to come so they gave it to us on the house without us even mentioning it, thank you!

I can honestly say this is a great place to have a botomless brunch. I wasn't expecting much as I hadn't done this before, but they absolutely fulfilled they promiss. The food was nice and always someone offering us more drinks. Drinks were strong and nicely presented.
There are plenty of spots to take pictures and music was great

Long room with some good seating, spacious with a couple of steps down to the bar area. Tap beer on offer, staff were friendly. More of a dining place than a pub. Very nicely decorated inside. Popped in for a beer which was excellent. Enjoyed my visit.

Joey who did our cocktail making for a hen party, lovely talkative man, we had a fantastic time, and we got the Sangria recipe off him.

We were served by both Alexander and Jack who were both lovely and very attentive! They were very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu, changed the music to suit the vibe and kept checking in on us! They also came over and sang with us which made the experience all the better! Food and service was amazing thank you so much!!

Always a lively place with lovely staff. I was served by James K who got me my drinks quickly and had a great attitude. Always playing good music and plenty of seating

We visited Slug and Lettuce Chester as a large group for a work Christmas meal and had a great night. The staff serving us were super friendly and helpful throughout the evening (Alex, Anna and Vick) and the food was delicious. We had Christmas hats provided and the atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend! Thank you! 😊

We celebrated our work Xmas bottomless brunch (21 ladies) yesterday. The food and drinks were great but what made the day was the service!! Jack was our server and he was amazing. Drinks were constantly flowing and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a great time Jack!

Went yesterday to the Slug & Lettuce with my son. Had lovely food and cocktails. Danny & Joey were very friendly the food was amazing the cocktails were fantastic. What a brilliant bar so clean and fresh definately the best bar in ChesterJust a total credit to Chester!

Great bar in the middle of Chester. Busy all day and night. Good atmosphere and the round table near the door is the best seat in the house. Scottish doorman was also funny and we had a good crack with him whilst we spent 4-5 hours Saturday afternoon enjoying a drink or 7!

Fantastic food and super fast service on drinks. We did the bottomless brunch and had Alexander as our waiter. He was super sweet, quick to take drinks orders and it was WELL busy too. He's been rushed off his feet and was still really nice!!! Yo, slug and lettuce, give him a bonus!!

Alexander was an amazing server. We got the wrong time and Alexander was able to accommodate and provide us with exceptional service. The food was lovely, coming out quickly and thanks to Alexander’s attentiveness we got our drinks quickly too. Overall great experience, would recommend.

Fantastic brunch! Went here to ask my sister and best friend to be maid of honour and chief bridesmaid and we all loved it. Ellie was fantastic! So attentive, great food, great drinks! Lovely atmosphere.

9 of us went on a girls bottomless brunch afternoon and were served by Alex, Meg, Ellie & Lewis. They were VERY attentive and we could not have asked for more! The food was fab, the drinks were constantly flowing and the atmosphere was great too with the music playlist right up our street - RnB & 90’s pop!
I would highly recommend this for an afternoon of fun with your girls and it is so worth it money wise too! The ONLY complaint we all had was the state of the toilets…some didn’t have toilet roll, they were wet all around the sinks with bits of tissue and all sorts on the sides - pick up the toilet checks and you’ve nailed it! Everyone was so friendly and special mention to Alex who went above and beyond for us - Thanks Alex! From the girl who ordered a coffee at a bottomless brunch 🙈
