I brought a pair of trousers from your store they where laddered with a week not very happy with the trousers this at alfreton they was a birthday present my daughter not happy. I've bought another pair same again there's something wrong with material

I thought bon marche was in financial difficulties and in the current situation staff would be eager for shoppers to enter its doors and spend as I intended to. Unfortunately a member of floor staff thought it more important to tidy a rail than allow me to safely browse its contents. One lost customer who won't be returning
