They've always been nice to us, they keep the shop really clean. I've also sent a few parcels from there and it all worked fine. It's great having this shop round the corner!

DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCELS HERE FOR COLLECTION. They mark parcels as “collected” before customers collect them, the guy in the shop is very rude, either lacks communication skills or is racist because he has been very rude whenever I have been to the shop. When I asked where my parcel was and why it’s been marked as collected he started an argument saying I can’t read emails. I asked if it could be sent back so I could be refunded and he said no because hermes just come and pick up parcels or send them back nothing to do with him. He lacks a lot of knowledge in dealing with parcels and using the system, and didn’t know about Evri. Do not trust this shop with your parcels. Will be reporting them for stealing parcels.
