I’ve been to this store today in the morning, it was a busy day. I was looking for Soya chunks and I couldn’t find it. I immediately asked one of the assistants to help me out. She quickly stopped what she was doing and with a positive and beautiful smile she responded to help me out. She tried her best to help me out by looking in the aisles, checking in the stock through the handset and she also spoke with her colleagues regarding the product but unfortunately she couldn’t find it. She told me about the nearest store where i can find the product. Even though I couldn’t find what i was looking for i was completely happy with the excellent customer service provided by an amazing and passionate assistant called SANDRA. She tried her level best to help me out and also gone the extra mile by giving me the information about other store. Every store deserves an employee like her and it’s the employer responsibility to recognise, acknowledge and appreciate such kind of star employees. SANDRA you are the best 🔥🔥🤩👏🏼

Quality food and drink supermarket conveniently located in the centre of Windsor. The store layout is good and of a decent size, is well stocked and upstairs in the building, everything immaculate in there, the staff are superb and the products are top quality as we have come to expect.

Mark serving on the fish counter has served me for years,always helpful and so knowledgeable.....but kind and compasionate.Thankyou for all your help today!!!you definately saved Waitrose!!!

Everything you need for cooking in the centre of town, nice Japanese range at rhe moment

Good range òf quality products. Shop busy but it was a Saturday morning. Will shop there again. This time we shopped for some food and householdgoods and found what we were looking for.

It's always a pleasure to go shopping at Waitrose in Windsor, the staff on the whole are very friendly and chatty !
It's just some of the other customers who will not keep their distance, they block the aisles up , sometimes there are 4 or 5 in one family shopping!!

I am usually more of a Tesco / Morrisons type of person -mainly because of the price tags-, but I live in Windsor and this Waitrose is the most convenient place to shop. In addition let me tell you this: you can't put a price on good customer service. The staff here is absolutely adorable, everyone is welcoming and nice. I never had a bad experience. The other day after a situation with one of the self-service machines someone came to our 'rescue' and very patiently helped us re-scan everything and managed to save the voucher we lost after the issue with the machine. A true sHERO. :) If you are in the area and need groceries, this is the place to go.

Very good selection of food, groceries and households. Convenient as close to station and only supermarket in central windsor

This is the nicest supermarket that I've ever been in, it is very modern and is very well stocked, there is a fantastic wine cellar and the cafe looks nice too.

Helpful, knowledgeable, agreeable staff, always ready to help. Fresh fish & deli counter are well stocked, especially former on Fridays.

Relaxed and friendly shopping experience with good parking. The shop was well stocked with an excellent selection of special offers.

Waitrose is at Royal Windsor Shopping through the main High Street entrance. Don't use Google maps to direct you there, it will take you down a dark alley and the underground parking area. Pass Hobbs and you'll see it across from Zara.

Lovely selection of lunch items to take over to Windsor park and eat in the sun.
Much better option than the tourist trap pubs and restaurants.

Placed a John Lewis Click & Collect order which I’d been unable to collect within the collection timeframe. Called Waitrose Windsor today & spoke with Nur who was super helpful, professional & lovely with it 🌟

Good range as always, even during lockdown 3. Now open as normal and stock seems much better.

Excellent staff. They always go out of their way to be helpful. Good quality products throughout. Highly recommend.
