Windsor General Store

It might be an old store, but it has everything you might expect. Plus the owner is lovely and always worth a chat especially about rock music

Its not to be the cheapest,
Nor the prettiest,
But its a convenience store and convenient and decent they are, theyre not looking to rip you off or demand money, theyre just a couple decent blokes!

Absolute TARDIS of a shop...somehow he seems to have everything you ever need...and sometimes even things you didn't know you needed. Shops like this are few and far between which is such a shame. Really great place, sensible prices and seemingly always open.

When I find I am missing something urgent in the evening, I can always find it here. Very friendly, long opening hours, nice fresh fruit and veg

Really nice shop, run by two brothers together. Unfortunately they are Man Utd supporters, but you can't have it all.

My favourite convenience store. Unlike every other store in Windsor, the pricing isn't a ripoff and you'll find plenty of things cheaper here than supermarkets. It's hit & miss if they'll have what you're looking for but pound-for-pound I can't think of a better shop in Windsor.

The brothers who run it may be Utd fans, but let's not hold that against them, as they're a pretty funny duo and create a good atmosphere. In this store, you'll be treated as well or as poorly as you treat others, which I personally like.

Very good store,,you'll find the most thing you need for grocery..and I think it's cheaper than other store around..
