I haven’t expected there is a shop; but not only a grocery shop, there are variety of items available, along with the amazon returning items can be dropped there - very easy system installed in the shop. Shop staff (owner) is very helpful for those who need a help. I have never been helped and sorted my issues as well as in this shop in my life. Thank you very much!!

The closing hour shows 9.00pm, but yesterday they were about to close at 8.35pm. Eventhough he was angry at me asking where were me the whole day and is there no one else at home to collect it, he gave me the ordered wish item, as it as it was my last day to pick up. Hopes it would help others to go before 8.30. Otherwise you might not make it or he won't be liking it.

Horrible customer service.
The guy was very rude but it was no reason to be like that.He should learn what is good customer service. I know I was collecting parcel not buying from his shop but still .

Just went to drop a parcel the guy was mopping floor and said I had to wait I said ok then closed the door and left me outside for 20 minutes until gave up and walked away. He could have taken parcel from me and gave me a receipt. Terrible first impression and put me off ever returning to buy from the shop.

Return service horrible. Amazon says only print the label. But you have to pack yourself here but they don’t give you any packaging. Even if you have the box, you need to BUY the tape for the return. Don’t return your Amazon here.

Rude stuff, it is an official Amazon pick up counter, but they pretend they don’t know what is going on. Refuse discussion. Ask people to leave.

The worse service I have never encountered. Strongly not recommended. Staff tried to cheat customers to spend more money.

Terrible customer service (2 kids at a time ) me my sister and my friend were in the shop he told me to leave then I asked why he started to get lippy I walked out out of frustration . I will NEVER come to this shop again !!!!!
