Always friendly and helpful staff here but especially thank you to the health and safety man today who stopped to help me untangle a handle that had become wrapped around the wheel of my pram. He spent a while trying to untie it for me and then with my permission went to find scissors to cut it free.

Very high quality and imaginative prepared meals and good cheese, fresh fruit and veg. Some of which I was only able to find thanks to the very helpful SHARON - who also merits multiple stars for going out of her way to help.

that blonde boy who works in the food department is something special. he is so precious and makes me day everytime i see him. i believe his name is thomas. he is wonderful and cute, give him a raise

I took my Nana who has dementia to get some bras and the staff were so lovely. Marisia did her fitting as was so kind and patient with her and we came out with some great, desperately needed bras that actually fitter her! I was nervous about this trip and Marisia made our experience so easy.

Good store with great staff. Big aisles loads of room. Great displays. The whole building is light and roomy with great parking outside right in sight of the iconic race track.

Large store, opens 24 hours (I think), except Sunday. There’s a cafe upstairs, also a place to get photos printed and phot gifts made. I noticed there’s a small Subway now too. Right next to Marks and Spencer’s, they share the foyer area.

One of the best M&S stores in Surrey. The staff are helpful and efficient and the store is well laid out. The food court is also great: you can do a full shop, no problem. I would recommend...

Went into my local Marks & Spencer’s yesterday to try the Count on Us range and I have to say I brought 10 of the ready meals , I’ve tried 2 so far and they are absolutely delicious so much better than other low-fat meals. It’s definitely worth paying a bit more because the quality is amazing. Thank you Marks & Spencer’s

Brilliant store has so much stock and the food hall too, the staff are just the nicest people always so pleasant and friendly and willing to help. The cafe is lovely though when busy you may have to wait in line for a while but it is worth it. Great store to visit.

I have a Sparks card I was having a problem with getting it to work. I have asked for assistance in other stores without result. Today the lady on the first desk on bras and underwear actually took the time to help and it now works for which I am grateful. Shame all your staff do not assist like she did. Thank you to her unfortunately did not get her name but she has excellent customer service understanding.

Nice sized store. Easy to pop in and out. It's always clean, light and pleasant to shop here. Food hall is good, and on the side so you can come and go without needing to go through the clothes.

What can I say, my experience of M&S has changed so much thanks to todays visit and experience. Stephen, an older chap that went above and beyond to assist me, who also had a friendly conversation with us, was an absolutely gem!! Really great service and just a nice person.

Very nice & hygienic facility, it’s got everything you need in terms of grocery shopping. Very high quality vegetables & fruits compared to other grocery brands. The staff in the grocery section are always friendly & eager to help. Although I wish M&S would sell kefir once in a while 😅

Also a huge plus is plenty of parking space

I'm not a fan of shopping in the slightest but having been shopping for a new suit today, I have to give the store and more importantly the staff 5 stars! Nothing was to much trouble and all were very friendly and helpful. They made the experience a lot less painful and I came away with everything I needed and more, thank you M&S, the staff of Brooklands did you proud 👍

Visited the M&S brooklands yesterday with my mother who has recently broken her hip. Amazing service and I would like to thank Stephen a customer service employee working on the food counter who was extremely polite, patient and even opened up a counter for us after seeing my mum struggling. Lovely to see M&S maintaining it's high standards with great employees. Keep up the hard work to all M&S key workers especially Stephen who was fantastic!
