Tesco Superstore

I was on my way to Birmingham and was in quite a rush as I could only break for a few minutes. I was very pleased with one named, Farzana, who quickly dealt with me without a fuss and was very supportive in helping me. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit as the staff are extremely polite and I guarantee a pleasant experience.

Have been shopping here for over 15 years, and have seen some positive changes within that time.
This store is a decent size, I think they could expand the clothing section, the space is there... just needs a bit of creativity.
The location of this store is perfect for commuters as Thornton Heath Train station is literally next door to this Tesco, and the bus stop is directly outside the main entrance.
There is an underground car park as well, which can be accessed via Parchmore Road.
Due to the location of this store, it is nearly always busy, with the quietest times being very early morning and late night before it closes.

I visited after very long time ago to Thornton Heath Tesco, everything is changed over there. I remember that I had an argue with one of the customer service assistance and after that me and my family stopped to visit here, but in recent visit Ms Farzana dealt us very friendly, professionally and in very supportive way. Tesco was clean and tidy and staff was well manner. I thought Ms Farzana was a manager and under her supervision all staff behaving good. Anyway good this is this Thornton Heath Tesco improves a lot and credit goes to Ms Farzana.

Always have a good stock, lovely store with excellent staff. Checkout girl Amber was excellent, I had an issue with my club card and she fixed it very quickly and efficiently.

I get everything I need here.. Vast range of products and God prices depending what you need. Wheelchair parking and access. Friendly staff and queues not too long at certain times of the day..

Tonight about 9.30 pm I went to Tesco Thornton Heath Store to buy TRAINING DOGS PADS, and as I didn't find it in the shelves, asked one of your staff to help me. She told me didn't know the product but will ask help from someone and made a call. The incompetent person who answered her, said that NEVER HAD THAT PRODUCT IN THE STORE.
After this I check my phone and there it was, on my shopping list of 3 weeks ago.
MARY, is the name of the lady that helped asked me to go with her to Pet Food corridor and inside a cage full of dog product there were 2 boxes of what I want.
I hope that you congratulate Mary for her attention and really hope that the person who answered her is not a Supervisor or a Manager who doesn't care for Customers or Staff

I went to Tesco today Saturday 29th January as had problems with my new phone . The young man was so helpful and professional. He explained my issues with me . and fixed my phone . I was so pleased to get a young person that was helpful and enjoyed helping his customers. My I phone mini now works and he should me what to do if the problem occurred again.

Great location beside Thornton Heath station & bus stop. Free cashpoints x3. Good range & stock levels for size of store. A little understaffed (aisles, basket re-stocking, Tesco magazines & on tills) but not enough to knock off a star! Handy toilets & click & collect/ customer service point next to entrance. Very friendly & helpful staff. Been shopping here every week for 4 years!

I love this store. All the staff and friendly and very helpful. The only thing that could do with some attention is the tills. There are often queues right down the aisles and many unattended tills ???????? Why ????

Plus I'm standing in the car park waiting for a cab. I'm disabled and it's extremely difficult to stand. I think there should be a seated waiting area.

This is a special thank you for Cleveill. He went out of his way to check if a product was in stock for me. Was extremely helpful. Need more ppl like this in the world.

This store and its staff have been a brilliant asset to Thornton heath throughout the covid crisis. It's a great place to shop. Mahendra is really good, I've seen him being so kind and considerate to the oldest customers throughout the crisis and he's always cheery in the morning. I've been shopping there regularly for 25 years now. They've just had a greggs incorporated in store.

Great for a quick shop or a weekly shop.

Your PM Melisa and Kate former PM are great people representing your organisation. Five stars to Tesco but, get some Red Snapper fish into your store.

Ms sharifa, was really helpful and friendly. She took her Time to get the headphone i needed, she personally took after my needs and she was really helpful. She gave me good customer service

Even better than the one on my corner. With a wide range of goods and supportive staff. A good car park with lots of spaces in the morning but not so good in the evening and weekends.

Love the way i was surved at Halal counter by a friendly chap Ajmal. Very clean and tidy counter. Very professional and display was very nice i would love to shop there again and hope to see friendly guy again 😍😍😍😍
