Convenience store near to Hospital includes post office service. Royal Mail Post office service- last collection Mon-Fri at 5pm, Sat at 11:45am and Sunday no collection. Staff’s are very friendly. Parking at the front.

Wow! What a transformation! Was always a handy post office and shop. But now been upgraded into a bigger shop. Well stocked, including great range of greeting cards. Convenient location and parking. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Happy to recommend. A real asset in the local community.

The Post Office here is invaluable to local residents. It's staffed by an amazing team and they are always friendly and courteous. We heavily rely on this Post Office, as do other Hillingdon residents.

I visited for the first time after their transformation and it looks fantastic! Such a great selection of food and drink, brands that you’ve heard of with flavours that you can’t get at the supermarket. Massive amount of cards which is great and a delicious hot food counter!
A great post office too, they accept parcels later than other post offices!
I would recommend, it’s very convenient.

The staff is polite and considerate. As someone from the local community, if there's ever something I am looking for... the owner makes sure to stock it on his shelves as soon as.

Worst customer service ever…. The lady in the store is a calm and composed person. But the male shopkeeper I suppose he is the boss, is so aggressive. Speaks to person without any respect. He thinks customers are taking everything free from there. Learn how to treat your customers you Mr Boss. I would say the lady is a good person. I have been to this shop many times and she was really nice to me always. But the other guy….OMG!!!

This shop is the worst. No customer service AT ALL
I went in today as I’d do everyday because it’s my local.
Asked for 4 of one scratch card and got just 1 and a few others that I requested of. The first error was giving me the first scratch card wrong but I was calm because I could see the person was learning.

I made my self so clear and I got 3 different scratch cards . I even said it one by one

I said IT CLEARLY! I even Left time between each request And CALMLY and the “ trainee “ still messed up. I wasn’t angry because I know he’s learning.

Then I was charged. My total would have been about £17..00 but it was £12.00 because the trainer made another error and didn’t charge me for everything at once. Then the lady staff shouts at me like it’s my fault when it’s his.

Shouting at me telling by me to calm down he’s don training and I’m being rude. I asked he trainee was I rude I asked him ten times he couldn’t even answer. But the lady kept shouting I’m rude

She then didn’t even serve me for the drinks. She took them away when I had money to pay for it eve though they wasted my time and meant I had to be re charged.

Why would I give you £20 note and then pay for £3.00 drinks on a card or separately when I initially gave you ENOUGH THE £20 INITIALLY , I end up asking for the money back for the scratch cards. I’m not allowing anyone to disrespect me and have my money. Even when I asked for my money back after I had walked out and come back the woman ignored me and continued serving people and she ignored me. Till a man comes from the back of the store

Then a man whose the boss I think comes and tells me not to come back to the shop which is fine. I’ll take my money else where , the audacity to tell me to not come back. Off of YOUR SHOPS ERROR is shocking. And I know why he dared to say such …. it’s the only convenience shop on that road apart from Tesco express so the man became egotistical instead to apologise for the stress and embarrassing me in front of customers. But it’s fine I WILL WALK FAR JUST FOR ANOTHER !!

You racist Indians if I was white you wouldn’t claim I was being rude / getting angry when I was very calm till I was shouted at. You can’t shout at me and ever think I won’t do the same. Respect is RECIPROCAL But because I’m black i was made the issue ! BS

Sort your customer service out and tell your trainee to put on deodorant your SHOP STANK!!

And you deserve 0 starts everytime I come in the shop staffs always on the phone or the man is always grumpy. Theirs only one guy who’s nice the young new employee ( NOT THE TRAINEE ON TILL TODAY)

The worst customer service I ever seen in my life,The lady at the front desk doesn't know how to serve a customer or how to speak.She threw the bill on the floor just because she didn't know how to redeem the voucher.
She should set at home or shut the shop is she can not serve a customer.
