A variety of Indian groceries available here. The cash machine inside is a bit expensive and you cant use your card to buy stuff below some amount. Staff can be more friendly.

Place to pick up amazon parcels. Good customer service

Worst customer service, rude and aggressive. I went there to pick up a DPD parcel. First said it’s not been delivered then He showed me my parcel and said he’s not gonna give me, Come tomorrow. I had to call police but they couldn’t do much as this is a civil matter and police tried to speak to him over loudspeaker but he didn’t say a word when they ask why he can not give the parcel. Already Called DPD left a dispute and will definitely complain to Trading Standards Services. Plus this moron refused to give me his manager/ Owner’s name and contact number.

The same guy @Kevin Scott reported was very aggressive and already angry when I entered in this shop. I asked him to take easy and be polite then he started threatening me. If anything happen to me and my family then this guy and director of this shop will be responsible.

i went there to pick up an amazon pickup parcel the sikh person was not giving it to me and kept swearing. threatened to kick and punch me also chased me outside and kept cussing at me.

Yip, avoid this place unless u are from the same crew. I despise this place. They are so rude, depending who you are is how you are treated. However, purchase a lottery ticket and Mr rude behind the counter asks for a cut if your ticket wins...yeah right...if I won he won't see me ever again. They seem to think everyone who comes into that s/hole is a alcoholic, homeless, drug addict or criminal, but there are some decent people who go in there so don't treat us all the same. I will go a bit further and take my business to Asda. Awful place. As usual, HAVE to give a star, but as you know it's a zero.

Avoid at all cost. I did a click and collect via yodel service to the store as I was away on holiday. When I went in to collect the parcel today, the guy in the store was extremely rude and was pointing to the date on the parcel and kept asking me ‘date’. He repeatedly about 4 times without further elaborating himself. Then he started saying the parcel was delivered over 10 days ago and I should have came to collect earlier (even though my collection period has not expired) . I would not have got it delivered in store if I was not on holiday. He then further THREATENED me to say for further reference, it will be sent back to retailer as accordingly to him they do not have space. However, the size of my parcel is no bigger than a A4 piece of papers dimensions. I really just don’t understand, maybe do not offer the service and make money out of it, if you are unwilling to provide the service.

The worst service ever … they see you come in, they make you wait anklet they are doing something else , even though I am first in queue … he served some one behind me 1st because he knows him …. Avoid avoid avoid
