The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable trained to the highest standard . I tried speaking to the local competitors but did not get the confidence I needed. I highly recommend you to try this health store

How can a Health Store be so bad for my health! I am obsessed... this place is just so brilliant, with such a great choice of healthy options, that it's impossible to just quickly drop in.

Love Georgina the owner, who is always so cool in finding time to talk about something new she's found, and then curated for the shop... and with feelHUMAN now doing incredible massages in the treatment rooms at the back, this location has become very much an essential goto on every visit to Rye.

Wonderfull shop with lots of varied items, catering for people who care about what they are consuming. Excellent knowledge base for herbal remedies, nutrition and much more. Also no one is asked to wear a mask if they are exempt or just can't breathe properly. Such a relief to find a shop like this in Rye town. keep up the great work.

I found this wonderful shop in the last few days. The staff were friendly and informative of the products they had. Good selection and so I will definitely be returning soon

Wonderful shop and staff..x

I was surprised at how unpleasant the man behind the counter was when we went in there last week. He never uttered a word to me through the entire transaction. When he rung up the amount he just stared at me. So I assumed he was finished and I had to pay. Also I know its a personal choice now, but not wearing a face covering while covid cases are rising in a health shop left me feeling unhealthy. We support this shop every time we go to Rye, but we will give it a miss now.

Avoid this place. Didn't feel safe. Staff and clients not wearing masks. No hand sanitizer. Staff also rude, not a word from them even though we bought things. Possibly due to our race (she was speaking to white clients). Good products for sale though especially for vegans.

Staff don't wear masks and make no attempt at social distancing. It's a shame as they have a really good range of products.
