Very professional team. Although my teeth are in good condition, my needs are heightened owed to chemoradiation last year. The hygienist inspired confidence because she was extremely thorough & knowledgeable.

I am extremely pleased with the recent treatment at Northiam Dental Practice. The procedure from start to finish was carefully explained and each stage of the implant went smoothly. All questions were answered thoroughly and everything went very well. I am delighted with my experience and would recommend Northiam Dental Practice very highly. Thank you.

Cannot say enough good things about Northiam Dental. We all have Margarita South and she is just wonderful, especially with our young children. They just love coming to the dentist! We never have a moments worry or bother, all of the staff are a credit. Can’t recommend enough, we wish we had moved to them years ago.

Seen by new hygienist Zoe who was very nice. Went over notes discussed my cleaning regime. Zoe checked my gums everything noted. Had clean and polish. Calm atmosphere, not rushed very pleasant lady and helpful. Her assistant was very nice aswell.
Booked in for my next visit.

I cannot speak highly enough about Northiam Dental Practice - my dentist, RITA and dental nurse CLAIRE are amazing, so personable and they put me at ease. The receptionists are all very friendly and encouraging. I always struggle going to the dentist but I know I'm in very good hands. It's a 1hr round trip drive to the practice but it is so worth it for the peace of mind and professional service I receive. Thank you.

Fitted me in next day to deal with my toothache, absolutely charming staff, super lovely! Totally felt at ease and confident in their treatment, plus they're as dog mad as me ;) so that definitely worked taking my mind of the usual dental anxiety!!

Five star service plus. I am so pleased I moved to Northiam. The staff are friendly, informative and professional. The practice is light, welcoming with plenty of free parking.

Had a phobia since childhood. My husband discovered this practice and told me how terrific they were. He, without my knowledge, made me an appointment and after his treatment, it was my turn. I went with trepidation but was treated with respect and understanding. I learned to relax and eventually was given my smile back. They are the kindest most considerate people and I no longer have panic attacks at the mere thought of a visit to the dentist. A massive thank you to Jo Mason and everyone.

I've never had a dentist who has had a time for a chat to really help me look after my teeth. I never felt rushed, that I had to get out for the next patient to come in. He gave the amount of time he needed for me and that is nice in today's busy world

Had my first visit to Northiam Dental and had a lovely welcome which helped due to my anxiety regarding dentistry. Made me feel at ease within moments of being there. When I saw Jo, she explained everything simply regarding treatment that I'll be needing. Very professional and friendly and highly recommend.

First appointment at surgery. Lovely welcoming atmosphere, very pleasant and charming staff. Felt very at ease. Had hygienist then dentist.... Clean bill of dental health. Overall very positive experience.

I've always had to have work on my teeth and have had a number of bad experiences. I'm so glad I have now come to Northiam Dental Clinic, very calming and friendly atmosphere in reception and my dentist, Margarita, was gentle and caring. I'm almost looking forward to my next visit (but not quite). Would most definitely recommend.

Virginia understands my medical condition of Pemphigus perfectly. She’s professional, caring, and very patient with me! As is Dr Joanne Mason and the whole team. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I've been using Northiam Dental Practice for about a year now. I'm so very pleased with the service I've received from Jo and all of the team. Jo has recently fitted a crown for me which I'm very pleased with. I've also had some excellent care and advice from the hygienist. Additionally a relative who is a nervous patient has recently been treated here, they also have been very pleased with their treatment. Overall, an excellent experience that starts as soon as you walk in the door.
