Very nice staff. The shop is a bit cramp but its full to the top! Great little shop.

Not too great for Collect+

They're not open for the hours advertised when booking where your delivery goes too. Shop was closed at 6:30am and on Collect+ they claim to open at 6am.

I also suspect they took delivery of my package and didn't release it for collection until hours after they received it. My package status changed on yodels tracking at around 7pm after all the drivers drops counted down but only appeared ready for collection after 10:30pm on the app and on text and email.

Whilst working in area needed some lunch so quickly popped in here.. The over powering smell of incense made me feel slightly off colour and couldn't take time to chose what I actually wanted.. Sandwich seemed to taste stale and overall very cluttered as a store.. Guy behind counter seemed friendly enough but would seriously recommend getting rid of the incense sticks as it's not really suitable for a local newsagents.. Too over powering for such a small confined space.. Won't be returning. Would be one star but gave two as the worker seemed welcoming..

If I could rate this shop any lower I 1000% would! I cannot even comprehend the rudeness in there. The lady will sit on her phone in front of you having phone calls on speaker talking in their own language whilst serving she won’t shut the phone she will keep talking throughout the whole transaction process and then when you get your receipt she will pass it you and that is it! No hello no thank you no bye absolutely nothing. She will not say a word and yesss she 100% can speak English (basic English anyways). This is not a one off this has happened so many times. Half tempted to film it for views on TikTok 😂😂😂

Had to leave a star as can’t leave no less but I bought a Ivg vape for 12.99 over priced walked out shop went to use not working goes back in to say this don’t work to show them to wife of shop says no refund heard a lot about the shop lately on stuff like this 12.99 is a lot especially when you can’t smoke it quick to take your money but refunds within minutes of buying product from shop is highly unlikely the type of shop you should avoid at all cost feel sorry for the chapelhay people who use the shops as I bet it hard going living there with stuff like this in your doorstep.highly disgusted will be writing to the franchise and management company to good luck with the future sales of the shop also is a health and safety issue in the shop so cluttered can’t move in there

This is a local shop to me, though have had bad experiences unfortunately. I Have been short changed on more than one occasion. And their cash machine breaks down every week without fail. conveniently making you have to pay £4.00 minimum spend in store everytime you visit. I do avoid it here whenever possible...
