ALDI

We had a wedding and needed 150 doughnuts, I went in and spoke to a manager called Charlie who was lovely from the start. She explained they would need to order them specifically, Charlie updated me to say they were ordered, then to say when they were ready to collect! Very happy with the customer service. Big thank you to Charlie!!

Nice store, new, I think. Refreshingly different from traditional supermarkets, with the usual centre aisle of oddments.

Great prices and great quality on most things, I do like the pork casserole in the fresh section but sadly it has way to much fat so always end up buying separate pork to add to get a decent meal. I love the middle aisle as you can get some brilliant items at a decent price.

I have enjoyed shopping at Aldi and Lidl for what seems like decades, when at first they seemed like warehouses with simple rows of palettes. There is so much the "British" supermarket chains could learn from their strategies and prices, if shareholder value was less important. The luxury goods for Christmas are exceptional and I prefer the smaller range of alcohol etc to the overwhelming variety in some shops. DIY goods and tools are always well priced. On the negative side, it does feel like there is a lot of taking advantage of copying well known food brands at a favourable price, which seems rather like theft of intellectual property, similar to the way many Chinese factories profit from imitating big brands.

Only just started going back to Aldi and this new store seems pretty good! Good size car park which is quite shady usually (don't leave your dog in the car tho even if it looks cool, dogs die in hot cars 😢 )

Isles are wide enough for social distancing. Prices are good and quality is great. Staff are friendly and helpful and the checkouts are kept clean.

Aldi always excellent.

Great store compact full of bargains in food drinks and even bought a kids highchair. This company really look after the customers in these hard times and is vital for many families on a tight budget. This Weymouth branch is even handier with other top stores next door and a free car park.

Very reasonable prices and comfortable shopping all though I will say today while shopping in there we nearly froze to death air con on far to cold....staff must need thermals on ....other than that very good ....I went in to get fresh flowers which were beautiful and they do last and half the price of everywhere else...endid up spending over 50 pounds ....not just on flowers I hasten to add but on all the bargins. ..oh and your staff were lovely and very helpful........

Unbelievable amount of attention from one of the till staff today. He even went and got us a second trolley, and was extremely helpful. Sorry I didn't get his name, but he was a keen fisherman. Aldi management, please pass on my thanks. Best service I've ever had in a supermarket! Cheers.
