B&Q Weymouth

B&Q Weymouth. We went in for some paint on Sunday 12th February, we had some wooden hearts that we wanted to paint Red. We were having problems deciding which paint was best for this project. We asked Josh who was extremely helpful, he didn't make us feel stupid for not knowing what we wanted and he took his time to explain the difference between the paints and advised us and made up the colour we wanted. So a big thank you to Josh, he is a credit to your company.

It's B&Q. It's all under one roof and plenty of choice. Helpful and friendly staff too.

Excellent service! Managed to find what I needed with the help of friendly staff, and he also gave me some helpful advice. At the self-service checkout, again another staff member helped me unload and pack my purchases. Thank you very much

Got exactly what we needed. Clearly marked aisles. Only gripe would be the parking. You're fighting with 2 other stores for spaces. No child and parent spaces. And the route in and out is very small for a big size car if the car park is full means a lot of reversing and trying to get out. Staff were polite and helpful

I'm a gardener and I have to say their garden department is stocked with some fantastic plants at the moment, I've brought all my hanging baskets plants from there this year and they were half price last weekend, so I brought a lot more than I needed and will pop the leftovers in my flower beds

Very patient and persisted through the audio problems. Provided valuable information after The free 15 point car check which saved me money on new tyres and highlighted a oil issue.

Good friendly service, check out person very helpful. Plenty of stock overall. Valspar paint mixing service a god send and paint goes on really well. Only thing lacking seems to be the new lighting range which I understand is literally on a slow boat from China....

Nice little b&q with very friendly staff. I got what I needed with a quick check out. The carpark seems small but I managed to park.

The staff here are lovely & helpful, the shop floor is always clean. Everything is always stocked well. Never had a bad experience

Just returned from store 09.30 Friday (Ve Bank Holiday) after hearing store open with procedures in place, Very impressed with staff and lay out and one way systems , markings on floor etc for social distancing . I hope all customers respect the guidelines That are in place .Well done to all staff .

Everything you need from kitchens to garden plants staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is good, plenty of space if not outside the store then at a carpark close by.

Desperate for a cooling fan & really helpful (Ashley) sorted 2 for me. It will probably rain now, but sooo grateful for his help after complete lack of interest/ customer care elsewhere. Big gold medal for Ashley!

Didn't find what I needed but super friendly approachable staff that tried their best and even directed me to places that may have what I was looking for when they realised they couldn't help
