The manager at the Cheltenham store is superb you couldn’t want for more that lady is the brand, kind ,considerate and very commercial the store stds are superb
After a very bad experience on line I will definitely go to this store to make future purchases

Had an amazing experience at this store today, I needed to kit myself out for a family wedding but wasn't sure on what looked best. The manager was amazing, she guided me in the best options for thoccasion and allowed me to share photos with friends

Couldn't review the store and the staff more highly! The manager let me into the store a few minutes before opening time as I had a wedding guest outfit emergency. The two attendants couldn't have been more helpful and I left the store 30 mins later with a full outfit including shoes, bag and fascinator, the look was perfect for the venue. Thanks for your knowledge and inspiration Lesley!
