Good experience buying a used electric car from Hyundai. They fixed a few bits on the car that needed doing before I could drive it away and the lady who sold me the car was friendly and helpful. I feel confident in buying my car from this garage and would recommend it.

So my old car (A Ford C-Max) reached ten years and decided to break on me and was financially unviable to fix so I had to get rId.

Along came Tom Avery to save the day, he asked us what we was looking for, what our budget was, if there was anything specific we wanted on the car and if we had viewed any cars that we were interested in, we said that we had just viewed an Ioniq and we quite liked it. Tom had a look through their stock and noticed a nice black Ioniq that had recently been bought and wasn't on their site yet and that he could do it at a competitive rate to the one we had viewed which was only a year older so we said we were interested.

He kept us up to date letting us know when the car had arrived at the garage and let us test drive it as soon as it was available (He even brought it to us as we live in the same town so didn't need to walk to the garage.

Before I even got in the car, he explained everything about the car and showed me the immaculate condition it was in. When we did get in the car, he made sure I was comfortable with an automatic and proceeded to tell me everything I needed to know before I set off, as we were driving, he was explaining the different features available such as the regenerative breaking and adaptive cruise control and let me try them so he could explain it whilst I used them.

Once we finished the test drive and said we wanted to go ahead with purchasing the car. Tom went back to the office and got busy with everything his end, fast forward 2 days, everything is signed, car has been valeted and I've been able to pick it up.

I've given it a good test drive today and can't fault anything with it, I even listened to a couple of tips he gave me to increase the MPG I was getting out of to save more money!

Overall, it's been a brilliant experience and the professionalism he showed was remarkable.

Also, for Marshalls as a company, the buying experience and ease of getting all the documents signed was amazing, I was able to receive all the documents online, was able to sign them online and save them. When I got to the garage, the only thing I really needed to do was pay the deposit.

Outstanding service received from Marshall Hyundai Gloucester. Cordelia and Peter went out of their way to assist me with the purchase of my vehicle, my application was a little difficult been new in the country. Instead of turning me down like many other dealerships, they helped me as much as possible and with there effort and input purchasing my car was a great success. We recently part exchanged and renewed our finance agreement for a newer Tucson. Throughout this experience (both on the phone, by email and 3 times in person on consecutive weekends), Cordelia McConnon provided us with exceptional service.
Buying/exchanging cars can be a bewildering experience due to the number of options, both financial and technical. However, Cordelia immediately understood our needs and no doubt using her years of considerable knowledge and experience gained in the car showroom and dealing with customers such as ourselves, was extremely personable and presented us with easy to understand options.
This made our decision to go for the newer model Tucson that much easier and clearer and although we have only had the vehicle for just over a week, it definitely was the right decision.
We can't thank Cordelia enough for her first-rate service, knowledge and clarity. We would recommend her and the dealership to anybody and no doubt we will be back, including for the servicing of our newer Tucson!

We popped into the Marshalls showroom without an appointment and the team could not have been more accommodating.

We were greeted by Liam in the first instance, who met us with an extremely warm and friendly approach, he had a meeting scheduled but this did not impact our experience and we were made to feel he had all the time for us, being extremely attentive, polite and making us feel at ease. We were also greeted by the manager Tom, who subsequently drove the vehicle we were interested in - Tom could not have done more to help - he personally drove us to the their compound to view the vehicle first hand in the available colours, then proceeded to hand over his keys for us to test drive his car (which Liam previously had set us up on the insurance - seamlessly!).

When we returned to the showroom after our test drive we were greeted once again with a smile from Liam, who could not have made us feel more relaxed about our pending decision.

As an additional note, and I feel it’s worth mentioning as it’s not always the case, when we initially walked into showroom we were met with sense of calm and ease throughout - an environment in which you felt as if it was a happy place to work, something which isn’t always easily achieved. Thanks to Hyundai - specifically Liam and Tom for being fabulous! We would most certainly visit this showroom again in the future.

I have recently completed the purchase of a second hand Kona electric from Tom at Gloucester Hyundai using the EST used EV loan.
Tom was excellent though out, I am particularly grateful for he patience show during the protracted process to receive the funds from EST. Tom and the team were always available and responded in a very timely manner to any queries throughout the process. The car itself is in excellent condition, exactly as advertised.
