O2 Shop Cheltenham

We called into O2 today with a couple of queries re my iPhone and O2 contract. We were told that there would be a wait but that was no problem. When our advisor, Eleanor heard of our problems she was amazing. She identified and rectified my screen problem, she suggested a monthly tariff that cut our monthly upfront bill by 50% and generally reassured us that although octogenarians, we were on the right lines. We left the shop feeling that the visit had been very worthwhile!

Dylan was amazing and helped me to choose a new phone and contract, he was so helpful throughout, explained everything well and gave extra tips and offers wherever he could. My husband also needed a new contract and Dylan helped him get a fantastic deal plus a forces discount which we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Thank you so much 😀

Very helpful staff in the Cheltenham shop. I needed confirmation of what my volt monthly sim plan International travel benefits were. Website was way to complicated to understand. Well done Cheltenham in explaining clearly to this oldster.

Really excellent service here today. I'm 78 and recently had my phone disconnected by O2 after an absence. They couldn't tell me how to reconnect. I visited the very welcoming O2 Cheltenham store and Elena sorted it out in 5 minutes. Thank you Elena : outstanding !

So I went into 02 on Tuesday last week about a problem I had. I spoke to Chloe, she told me I try the customer service as she couldn't do much. When I called customers service they told me to go back to my local branch. So went in today and respoke to Chloe and my god! I can't thank her enough for the help she gave me and the service everyone else gave me too. If your thinking of changing your phone company then O2 is for you!

I was served by Perez (Hope I got his name correct). I walked in at 5PM and a lady said its too late to get a phone on a contract, but he turned up went out of his way to help me. I do not know where-else to put this feedback. please direct me to a feedback forum where I can re state the same feedback

I went into the Cheltenham store today (30/04/2023) with laptop issues and was given amazing customer service from Tristan, as a fellow customer service worker I know how important feedback can be and I just wanted to say you have a fab employee there & he deserves acknowledgement. Thanks Tristan!

I bought a phone whilst on holiday in the area. Had problems setting it up and went to my local store who due to covid restrictions were unable to help. Called customer service who said I’d have to return to the store, 130 miles away!!
Called the Cheltenham store by mistake, I’d actually bought it in Cirencester!!
Spoke to Jessica who was an absolute star in talking me through what I needed to do.
She asked all the right questions to get to the facts she needed. I was so frustrated to begin with and she sensed that and made me smile. It’s just do hard when you have no idea what you’re talking about, what you need and how to solve the problem!!
I wanted to say immediately how wonderfully patient and friendly she was.
I’m praying that the issue is resolved but wanted to write this whilst I was feeling so grateful for speaking to such a lovely person.
If there is an award for employee of the month/year I’d give it to her for being the best advocate for her company ever!
Thank you so much, I’ll remember this great customer service for a long time

I wasn’t sure where else to post this feedback as I can’t find anywhere else to put it, but would just like to say a massive thank you to Ethan. He was very helpful when I lost my phone and he sorted me out with a new one straight away, changed my tariff so I’m now paying slightly less and is just in general a great member of staff who knows his stuff, thank you so much!

Excellent service. All very friendly and helpful. Explained everything during my Husbands phone upgrade and setup his new phone for him. I would definitely recommend this O2 shop in Cheltenham.

Very happy with the level of service I had in o2 shop Cheltenham. I was greeted with a warm welcome by a member of staff and Taken over to a desk to talk about possible options for a new contract , and i came away with a deal i was very happy with .

Unbelievable service for a hugely complex issue...great staff, professional, mature (apart from funny guy balancing tablet on head..haha). My guru, James deserves a big bonus or pay rise...
