Fantastic friend service, lots of different ways to order and pay. They seem to have most things in stock, if not they get in for next day delivery or collection. I use the click and collect service which makes it a plesent and very easy shop to use.

Easy on line ordering from your phone, notified if stock available in that store . SMS text when Collection is ready. Go collect . Excellent process

I have used them quite a lot in the last 2 months and I have no complaints whatsoever about anything they have supplied. The shop is sometimes understaffed and busy but even that is just a reflection of how popular they are because of the service provided

Mostly youngsters, but their manager keeps them firmly in check. A decent place with a wide range, good aftercare and competitive prices. Even let me park my bike in the store! :)

What can I say? Screwfix are a national institution.. Great stock, good prices, helpful staff and good parking. For me, they are the best and don't make a major drama about returns, unlike others.

Generally speaking they have what you need in stock or it can be obtained for the next day. Click and collect works well and the queues are usually minimal.
